Beautiful and Historic Log Cabin: cozy, quiet, huge hot tub! Quiet getaway!

The cabin is so beautiful and clean, a lot of outdoor games, hot tub is huge. It was better than I expected.

The cabin is a great place for a family gathering. It is comfortable, has a working kitchen and a nice table. The cabin is out in the country and is quiet.

This restored log cabin nestled outside of Goshen, IN was a perfect setting while exploring the Quilt Gardens along the Heritage Trail throughout the Elkhart area. The hosts were generous in all the amenities. The wraparound porch was a perfect spot for morning coffee while enjoying the birdsong. This property is highly recommended to all who enjoy the quiet calm of the countryside.

The cabin is beautiful. We setup a tee time at a local course and we were able to come back and chill. In the evenings we had a bonfire and played cornhole it was a great weekend for everyone

Met up with some friends for our annual get together. This home was perfect for our group of 5. Very clean and comfortable. The wrap around porch was wonderful for reading and catching up. We played pickleball and relaxed in the hot tub. They had everything we needed. Espresso machine was a fun touch. Water pressure and temperate excellent. Owner was very responsive when we had a question. Overall great experience!

Well appointed cottage, clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

This cabin is very cozy with a beautiful wrap around porch. The kitchen is well equipped should you want to cook during your stay and hot tub towels are provided which was very nice. The owners property is very close and kids were riding go carts around the adjacent property. I have kids so it didn’t bother me but it was not as secluded and private as the listing seemed to indicate. Otherwise I highly recommend this cabin and would book again.

Quiet, cozy cabin. Comfy for our weekend in!

I booked this cabin as a birthday present for my partner and we stayed 3 days and 2 nights. The actual cabin vs the description was accurate, if not better! We truly enjoyed every aspect of this place. The main bedroom was comfortable, turkey burgers grilled were delicious, s’mores were super sweet in the fire pit, coffee and tea were tasty on the porch swing in the early morning (we pretended we were old and gray…), and the hot tub felt really nice against the cool wind in the evening. We even made two new friends, the kittens that roam the property. One even hung out with us for 2 hours by the fire! Seemed like a mini protector against the forces in the wild nature. We truly enjoyed our stay and it could not have been more perfect. We will be returning hopefully again soon, if not, then definitely a tradition to come yearly for the birthday celebrations.

This trip was exactly what we needed- a quiet stay in a beautiful log cabin. Loved the historical features, while adding modern amenities. And beautifully decorated. Got to visit Goshen and go antique shopping, visit the museum, etc and the town was very cute! Loved a relaxing dip in the hot tub, and enjoying a late night movie. It was a great stay to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and would definitely come again!

This is our 2nd time staying here but now as a family of 5 (we were a family of 4 the 1st trip) and it’s just as wonderful as we remembered and more! We love the peacefulness of the area, the amenities available and this cabin in particular is just so warm and welcoming and so clean! We feel right at home. Highly recommend!
