Three Rivers Resort is ideally situated in the heart of Almont, CO, just 20 minutes south of Crested Butte and 10 minutes north of Gunnison.
“Matt's Fur” (Every cabin is named after a fly pattern.)
Cabins 17-21 are all the same style of cabin. These are the most popular cabins at the resort, sitting on the banks of the Taylor River. An open deck overlooks the river and includes a private hot tub. Plenty of parking is available here.

Reviewer Comments: A cabin on the river with a hot tub on the deck and the most comfortable beds: could not have asked for anything better. Everything we needed was on-site ... best coffee in the morning, food was exceptional, especially the ribs. And the drinks were awesome (try the lavender gin drink). My only complaint were the desserts: everything was chocolate and for those who dislike or are allergic to chocolate, there were no other choices (chocolate crumble?). All in all, a really great experience. Thank you!

The cabins are always clean and ready when I arrive. The staff is fantastic and ready to please. The property is a perfect location for fly fishing and visiting Crested Butte.

Reviewer Comments: My husband and I spotted this place a few years ago while passing through and knew we would be back! Perfect location! We stayed in #17 with a hot tub on the deck which was wonderful after a day of hiking and rafting. We ate multiple times at the property's cafe and never had a bad experience.... friendly staff and prompt service!

Willowfly staff was eager, friendly and knowledgeable. Restaurant hostess refused to get something to clean tree sap from table, so I got soap and paper from restroom. Waitress messed up order both times we ate there. Lodging desk was not friendly this time. They were not rude, but I was left feeling like a customer than a friend like previous visits.
