House Rules & Policies

* Must be 25+ to book
* No smoking inside or outside the property
* Government-issued ID required prior to arrival

Safety & Security

For guest safety and property protection, exterior security cameras are installed:

* Two driveway-facing exterior cameras
* Doorbell cameras at the front and rear entrances

No cameras are located inside the home or in private outdoor areas.

Hot Tub Notice

Please note: the hot tub currently visible on the property tucked beneath the covered carport is not yet operational and is unavailable for guest use at this time as we complete final permitting.

For guest safety, the hot tub is secured and should not be accessed or used during your stay.

We appreciate your understanding as we continue making thoughtful improvements to the Beartop Lodge experience.
