Stayed May 29, 2026The cabin was smaller than expected with an awkward entrance. The second day we stayed my daughter in law and grands had bite marks on their ankles. There were small bugs in our bed. I called customer service and was told we would be called back with instructions on what to do. They never called back. After check out, I called and requested the sheets. There was no response

Stayed Jul 17, 2023Great location to everything in Pigeon Forge. We had plenty of space (1 adult and 2 kids). My youngest didn't love sleeping on the sleeper sofa as it wasnt very soft / snuggly. Otherwise, we had a great time.
