Stayed Dec 28, 2024The home is run down and in a need of renovation desperately. The sofa is old and very uncomfortable. The bathrooms are in a desperate need of fresh paint. The master bedroom bed was broken and unusable. I notified the owner as soon as we saw it. He apologized and said the previous guest admitted to breaking it. I asked Bryan (the owner) to discount the charge a little for the inconvenience, he totally ignored my texts and has not responded. Very disappointed in how Bryan is handling this situation, my recommendation is do not stay there, there are much nicer places for the same amount.

Stayed Jul 16, 2023Our location was good. The house was generally clean, just cobwebs around the windows and in some areas of the house. Our host sent items that were not provided right away, but a couple of concerns remained unaddressed. We actually left the night prior to our original departure. It was a good visit, just took a day to get all the requests settled so we could go about our vacation.

Stayed Jul 1, 2023Property was in great location. We were able to see fireworks from balcony. Everyone had a great time, very peaceful and quiet. Didn’t pay attention to parking situation and part of our party couldn’t come because there was no parking for a third car.
