Stayed Mar 5, 2026Our family decided to get together for a weekend in Hocking Hills to celebrate my wife’s birthday. There were 6 adults and 1 infant plus a dog. After searching many properties, we all agreed that Bear Crossing fit the bill. The cabin was very spacious and clean. It had all of the modern amenities including a hot tub (which was very clean on our arrival. The weather cooperated with us and we were able to take advantage of the large deck. We also spent some time sitting by the fire and having cigars. The cabin only sits about 25 minutes from Old Man’s Cave which we hit on Saturday.We may make this a yearly weekend trip as we all had a great time.

Stayed Feb 27, 2026We had a cousins weekend the cabin was beautiful clean charming. Love the hot tub probably the only thing I heard anyone say that was remotely bad was the beds were a little hard. Someone says that.

Stayed Oct 15, 2025The cabin was beautiful and clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The facility as a whole was wonderful! The driveway could be rough in inclimate weather, but we had no problems on a sunny, dry day in a minivan. We stayed here for a wedding. It would’ve been great to have a full length mirror somewhere in the cabin, even if it would be on the inside of a closet door. That is the only suggestion I have. We had everything else we needed here.

Stayed Sep 18, 2024Nice location. Most of the cabin seemed clean but the floors were not as clean as they could be. And the light fixtures over the island need a good dusting. There are no dressers or stands besides one small nightstand in the bedrooms, so it was difficult when there were 2 people in one bedroom, to have a place to put things like eyeglasses, etc. I guess I expect d a few more amenities considering the price of this rental. The manager was very responsive when I did have to contact her about a couple things.
