Beach, Beach, Beach - Cabaneaux 1

Great place and location! Beautiful beach and sunset a very short walk away. We were able to check in 30min early. Our only issue was the lack of correspondence to resolve the non-functional wifi during our 2 day stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this well appointed 2 bed cabin. It's cozy, comfortable and charming. Overall we would highly recommend it.

The location is good, clean, well maintained, spacious, check in is easy, great for family.

We loved staying so close to the beach. We could tell there have been a lot of upgrades to the cabin. The kitchen was lovely. However, the AC wasn't working and we weren't told about this in advance. Luckily the days we were there it was relatively cool but if it had been as hot as it was the week before it would have been a problem. I tried to contact the owner a couple of times through VRBO and through email with no response. We also didn't get any communication leading up to our stay telling us how check-in would work. After we arrived we got an email talking about ideas to do in the area, that would have been better to get in advance.

Bright space, with great view and short walk to the beautiful beach. The kitchen and whole space was beautiful and inspired us to stay in and cook our dinner to enjoy it.

Nice place to spend some time in Chéticamp! Clean and cozy. I loved sitting on the big porch to enjoy the view.

The cabaneaux are well-appointed, located at a lovely spot on the beach, and conveniently close to Cheticamp. The fire pit was perfect our last evening.

My husband, baby, and I, along with another couple and their baby, stayed at this cottage during our trip to Cape Breton. The cottage was more spacious than we expected and fit us well. The kitchen was well equipped and the dining area was great. Our favorite part was the proximity to the beach! Great sand and swimming, and the location made it perfect for running back and forth with kids. This place is a drive away from any amenities, which we knew, but something to take into consideration.

Nice, clean cabin close enough to the ocean to hear the surf. Comfortable beds, a very relaxing place that was an idea base from which to explore the region.

My wife and I enjoyed two weeks exploring Nova Scotia with our dog and had the pleasure of spending a few lovely days and nights at this cabin. The kitchen, dining room, and bedrooms are all neat and tidy, and the kitchen in particular has everything you need to cook a meal if you can't find food in Cheticamp, which is a pretty small town where there aren't a ton of options if you're really into good food. The outdoor space is amazing - separate fire pits and seating for each cabin, an outdoor deck space, and plenty of room to roam with pets that are a safe distance from the road. The beach across the road is also great and not super crowded - very relaxing atmosphere! Only complaint is that the bathroom was a little wet/mildewy, and the hot water wasn't working when we arrived, but the owner got it sorted quickly and was really responsive to us. All in all, a great stay, would come back in a heartbeat.
