The cabin was amazing and we enjoyed the stay. The decor was a little outdated and dusty, but it did not take away from a fun and memorable experience. I still recommend it.
We stayed here for a short weekend and wish we could've stayed much longer -- already looking at when we can come back. The cabin was beautiful and cozy and set back in the trees -- so private. We were well taken care of with so many unexpected treats like candy, cookies, and a bottle of champagne. It's the perfect base for exploring around the Ponca area, and a quick drive to wonderful restaurants in Jasper. The cabin was far more spacious than we'd anticipated, and well cared for. The property managers communicated well, with directions (it is remote) and immediately responded to any questions we had before and during our stay. It's a great place. We loved our stay and can't wait to come back!
The cabin was perfect for our honeymoon! We loved that it was so remote and enjoyed exploring the property. We couldn’t have been happier with it!!
We had a wonderful stay! Perfect location, wonderful cabin with everything you could ever need. Cookies and bowls of chocolates and fresh flowers greeted us! Kathy was wonderful. Fun hiking around the cabin and near lots of hiking at Jasper and Ponca. Stopped in at the famous Ozark Cafe, saw many elk, visited the Arkansas Grand Canyon, and enjoyed catch and release fishing at the pond! We caught so many fish! Definitely recommend!
This cabin is very remote and well appointed with anything a person could need for a weekend in the woods. We enjoyed relaxing inside and on the deck, hiking the surrounding area, and generally unwinding.
This place is awesome! We are definitely going back in the future maybe in the winter so we can use the fireplace. Everything you need is there. Great time!
It was a great stay! Loved the deck in the evening. Rocky the raccoon will vist if you keep the bird feeder full. The beautiful birds and squirrels will enjoy the feeder in the morning. Peaceful place to stay! Thanks ? Annette
Good get away Beautiful country
The cabin was exactly as described and wonderful. It’s well stocked with whatever you’d need and there are instructions around the cabin for using various amenities. 10/10, would love to stay there again.

Always enjoy staying here. Great location and great property with all the comforts you can ask for.
Very enjoyable stay in a beautiful location. Cosy and well supplied cabin with stunning views and charming decor. Anything we needed was supplied. This was a winter weekend and we plan to return to enjoy the gardens and falls in the spring or fall.
Cabin was clean, very interesting, and INCREDIBLY well stocked. You really only need your food! Every detail is taken care of here.
Renting was easy. Owners response was quick and answered questions quickly.
Property was clean and very well stocked with everything you would need from kitchen utensils to towels. Kathy was very nice and easy to deal with. We will stay here again.
Kathy is an amazing host. There are so many details that show she really cares about her guests. The cabin is so cozy and homey. It felt like a stay at your favorite relatives home. The view and surroundings are amazing and there are endless things to do in the area or just stay in, at the fireplace.
Great place location people just everything was great, we will b back!! Thank you
We enjoyed our stay, and the location was great for the upper Buffalo access.
Kathy was able to provide numerous hiking options as river levels were unfloatable during our visit. Kitchen was well stocked. Enjoyed morning coffee on the deck, as well as evening downtime during our stay. Nice little getaway.
Kathy was wonderful to work with. We had planned to go on some float trips but the water was too low in the rivers. Kathy helped us find lots of spectacular alternatives like, swimming at steel Creek and hiking to Eden Cave. We had a great week!
The location is beautiful - though a bit of a drive. Prepare ahead as shopping areas are not close. The kitchen is well-equipped. The gas grill was relatively new and worked great. The bedrooms are very nice and the beds were comfortable. I can't think of any recommendations - we enjoyed our stay considerably.
