This was a really nice cabin. It was exactly as stated, but trees obstructed the view some. The pool table and hot tub were nice. My wife did see a bear on the morning of our checkout and then I saw one as I went out to load our car to leave. We startled each other and he took off across the street and ate something in the back of a truck for about 20 minutes as we watched him. It was neat to see a bear so close. Make sure you do not leave food in your car. Overall this was a great cabin and we will stay here again in the future.

Everything a couple could want for a weekend away

We love this cabin and have stayed here 4 years in a row. Convenient location between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

My husband and I came for our 3oth Anniversary and we enjoyed the cabin very much! Everything was exactly as described on the post . The Hot Tub was great! We Loved the view from the back porch especially of The sunrises ! The cabin was very well maintained and clean! We would recommend it !

Cozy! Clean! Comfy!

We had an excellent stay. Cabin has fantastic views, especially while sitting in the hot tub! We even had a fireworks show the first night while we were in the hot tub. Everything we needed and close to towns and GSM.

Clean, somewhat outdated, Sunset was blocked by lattice near hot tub, blinds not in working order (broken), but peaceful and nice views.

Couldn’t have picked a better place for a couples trip to the Smokey’s. I would recommend this property to anybody looking for the perfect romantic stay. WILL be back!

This place is absolutely perfect..the scenery is well worth the price and the hot tub puts a cherry on top. We will definitely stay here again.

The host was super nice and the cabin was exactly as advertised. It was extremely clean and everything in the cabin worked. It was cozy and had a great view. We had a wonderful stay and do recommend this property.

Cabin was a beautiful, cozy, christmas cabin. Great mountain views and a jacuzzi bath in yhe bedroom. Pool table amd darts were fun as well. The best part was waking up on Christmas morming to a bear below our balcony! He was so cute lounging next to a tree he looked up at us and continued to lounge without a care in the world. Dollywood and anakeesta park were also awesome! I highly recommend this property.Christmas 2025.

The cutest little cabin. The perfect size for a family of 3. We had everything we needed. The views are amazing! We will definitely be back!

The view outdid our expectations!! The cabin rules and regulations were clearly visible and correctly located so it made it very easy. The cabin is so close to everything we needed but still just enough away from everything. The bed was so comfy!! We had an amazing stay!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was literally perfect! Definitely the perfect size for a couple. We will definitely be back and will recommend this cabin to anyone.I will say the pictures being advertise on Vrbo does need to be updated because the cabin was actually much nicer than the pictures showed—Which is a good thing lol.

Really had a great experience! Everything was wonderful! Travel to the top of the mountain was an experience. Glad we arrived during the day whiched helped in navigating to the cabin in the evenings.

Perfect place for an intimate mountain vacation!

This cabin is wonderful. It is very clean and well stocked. The decor is perfect. It was really nice to have a pool table. The best part of the cabin was the deck with the hot tub. It was so relaxing. We saw a bear our first day there. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to a question we had. We would definitely recommend (already have) and return.

Amazing Honeymoon At Dancing Bear Cabin,The Hutchinsons are excellent host and very responsive and very nice folks in general, Awesome scenery and we were paid a visit by a young black bear every morning making his rounds, Would recommend Dancing Bear to anyone looking for a romantic getaway,Very clean and cozy

Loved the cabin. Quite with a nice view. Loved the hot tub after hiking during the day. Did see a bear first morning. Walked right by the cabin. Overall great stay.

The cabin was perfect for what we wanted. Quiet and a perfect get away from reality.

Our stay was beautiful , would recommend others, I would recommend to bring or keep candles on hand in case of power outages. Wild life did not disappoint. Thank you for your hospitality.

Beautiful cabin, very clean and as described in the listing. The views were wonderful, I enjoyed my coffee every morning from the porch. The only thing I’d say that needs to be improved - the bed desperately needs to be replaced. It was really uncomfortable and was dipping in the middle. Other than the bed, everything else was great.

My husband and I had a great time staying in this wonderful cabin for our 15 year wedding anniversary. The fireplace and hot tube were so cozy and comforting after long days of hiking. The view was also gorgeous!

This was a wonderful place to stay for my wife and I. We had a relaxing three nights playing pool, sitting by the fire, and enjoying beautiful views from the hot tub on the deck. Very clean and well stocked. Close to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Only negative is the steep drive up to the cabin - would not want to attempt in bad weather - in fact, we didn't want to attempt after dark! Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Arrived for short holiday into Smokey National Park. House was conveniently located. The kitchen and home were appropriately stocked. All appliances worked. Fireplace on timer was fantastic. Outdoor hot tub was immaculately clean. Views were stunning.

The cabin is perfect. Very clean and proximity to Smoky Mountain National park is great. They really need a new Bed. Maybe a box spring would help the bed. Hot tub was our favorite. Wildlife was a plus. Saw a bear for the first time and I have been to TN multiple times. Thank you Dancing bear for making this the best trip!!!

We stayed here over christmas with our 2 kids. We loved the cabin, very spacious, great view. The drive to it was pretty steep and unexpected but with clear driving conditions no issues. Easy access to get in and perfect location to pigeon forge. And Gatlinburg.

My trip to the dancing bears cabin was nothing but amazing I recommend this cabin to anyone that needs peace it's quiet soothing and satisfying and we actually got to see a family of bears on our trip they was on the front porch and we actually witnessed them climbing the trees just amazing I would definitely be coming back again

Dancing bears was a dream come true trip for us! The fall colors were amazing, the cabin was far enough away from everyone else to have privacy on the deck but close enough to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge to see all the sights. We had bears visit us daily and that was the highlight for us. They were in the back and on the side of the cabin so we could watch from the deck safely. The cabin was spotless and well equipped. We loved relaxing in the hot tub and then turning on the fireplace, it was a perfect ending to our nights. The only suggestion I would have is adding a dresser to unpack our clothes in and a new couch. Neither were a big deal though. The host was great at getting back to us when we had questions also!

Absolutely loved this cabin! It felt very secluded even though there are other cabins close by.

Cabin was clean , organized and had essentials provided. Fire place and hot tub was a nice feature to have when it was freezing outside. Within good driving distance from pigeon forge and Gatlinburg while still being secluded. The perfect get away cabin for a honeymoon or anniversary trip. We will be back
