Perfect little cabin getaway for us and our little 2-year old.

One of the BEST places ever! Views were absolutely amazing! Home was clean and had everything we needed.

The house was great but the driveway was a little scary. The view was great and the neighborhood was quiet.

This is a nice house with fabulous decks and splendid mountain views. We were greeted by elk and deer in the mornings. Kitchen is well stocked and bed is comfortable. The gravel driveway requires several maneuvers to traverse successfully. It includes three sharp, z-shaped switchbacks, so make sure your driving skills are up to par if you want to stay here.

The house was very inviting. The switch back was a little tricky at first but got hang of it quickly. It was the perfect get away! I would stay again!

Our stay was awesome. The house was amazing. The drive way is a little extra but we enjoyed our time very much. We would rent again for sure.

Was supposed to be 2 nights we only got one. Bad winds kept us from traveling on Friday. Finally arrived Saturday. Great relaxing day and evening!

Very enjoyable weekend in the Cabin

Views are great but.....The condo could do with come simple updates that would have made the experience a bit better. Both main doors going outside have issues with the knobs not opening/locking. One of the ones upstairs also had a lock broken. Cold air could be felt coming thru the doors. Shower heads probably could use a good de-scaler or be replaced. All small things that are inexpensive. Thermostat needs to be replaced as well.....would never take a set temperature. A bit pricey to have these small things be an inconvenience.Driveway is way too hard to navigate. Putting one line in the property description does not give the difficulty justice. It mentions parking below and walking, but even that isn't easy. For people that have mobility issues, I don't see that they could even make it up. Very slippery and dangerous....and this was no snow or rain.

First and foremost, anyone who stays here needs to know they'll need a capable vehicle that can go up steep and rough terrain to get up to the cabin. The driveway is pretty steep with tight switchbacks. Second, when we walked into the cabin it smelled like sewage. I went upstairs to put our bags up there and the source of the smell was a large bowel movement left unflushed in the upstairs toilet. Thirdly, the upstairs sink does not drain, which left a ring of sediment every time we brushed teeth, washed face, etc. Additionally, the downstairs mirror was covered in smudges which further reinforced our feeling of uncleanliness. Fourthly, the sheets had dirt and/ or crumbs in them. Overall it felt like a lack of TLC toward this cabin which has beautiful views and could have been a very nice stay.

Nice property for 4 people to stay in. Overall clean property and comfortable. For me there were too many different emails coming from different companies involved from reservations, checkin/out and the property management. Would be less confusing if only one company contacted renter. Kitchen had basics, but could be a bit better stocked for cooking basic breakfast and dinner items. Had to use the broiler pan to make some biscuits as there was nothing else.

Overall had an amazing time the house was very cozy and relaxing the view from the balcony was just amazing i definitely recommend renting this house.

Beautiful location! Lots of wildlife (deer, elk, many different kinds of birds. Quiet area. Close to town but not too close! Cabin is very nice! Clean and well stocked. I look forward to my next stay!

This house is in a great location, minutes from everything Ruidoso has to offer. Beautiful views from the porch and a quiet neighborhood. However, the overall cleanliness of the home left a lot to be desired. Other than clean sheets, it was hard to tell when the last time the home had really been cleaned. One of the sinks was clogged upon arrival. I did notify the property management, and they fixed immediately. But how could the sink had been cleaned prior to arrival and the cleaning crew not have a. known and b.) notified the property management… There is also a noticeable gap under the front door and water leaked in from fireplace during a rain storm. A lot could be updated to really make this home better. Also, the switchbacks on the driveway are no joke. I wouldn’t even attempt it in the winter months, despite having an SUV with 4wheel drive. So beware of that!! Overall, it’s pretty expensive considering what you actually get. But we needed somewhere to stay so we could come check on our home build and it served that purpose.

Great view and comfortable property. The drive is a little tricky but manageable.

I liked the property I think the cabin is well designed. The switch back driveway is a little challenging. Would not want to do that in winter or even rain. I love the outdoor deck area. The whole reason for having that place is the view so I don’t understand why it looks like the windows have not been cleaned in a long time and had to wipe down all the outside furniture. Also the screens are not functioning on the sliding patio door. With a little more attention to cleanliness and maintenance the property would be so much more welcoming.
