Our two week stay in Lutsen at this amazing property was absolutely wonderful. The accommodations were perfect—comfortable, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The Lake Superior views from every single window were breathtaking, making it hard to decide which direction to look first! From sunrise to sunset, the scenery never disappointed.Even with a few rainy days everything about the property exceeded our expectations and made for a relaxing, memorable trip. I loved Plein air painting literally within feet of the property! Close to Grand Marais and so many other favorite locations. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended—we can’t wait to return!

We've now visited the cabin 4x - we love it here. The house, the property, the fish house, proximity to Lutsen, Grand Marais and the Gunflint. This place is perfection.

Our third year enjoying this beautiful cabin and the lakeside views of Superior in all her glory. Nothing beats morning coffee in the boathouse.

This property is second to none! I call it “Lux Rustic!” It definitely has that Up North Cabin vibe, but with a luxury twist. Very cozy, clean and comfortable.My husband and I stayed for our 40th anniversary celebration and it did not disappoint. Highlights were connecting with nature and each other . During our 4-night stay we didn’t see another human unless we left the property. The Lake Superior shoreline was ours to enjoy; we felt like the only people on the planet. We spent a lot of time in the fish house and exploring the shoreline. The water is so majestic and healing. We absolutely did not want to leave.As far as the cabin goes, it had every amenity imaginable. Plenty of glassware, cookware, fridge and freezer space for the two of us. We enjoyed a fire in the fireplace each evening and I soaked and relaxed every night in the huge bathtub.The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was set up very efficiently and feels roomy.We had a couple of questions and the host responded right away with tips and offers to assist.It was incredible and we plan on returning as soon as we can.

It had us at HELLO at the door…. Such a wonderful, calm, beautiful cabin to stay at. It was a 5 Star in our eyes.

Great cabin for a trip with a mixed itinerary of getting outside during the day and nesting in at night. You can see the majority of the shoreline within an hour in either direction. Went upshore to Grand Portage and downshore to Silver Bay and caught lots of great hikes along the way. Then returned at night to cook and grill some amazing dinners in a perfectly appointed kitchen. Bonus to have a great Weber grill right there, too.

We have been staying on the shore for over 30 years at many different places. Woodsong is simply perfect. Lovely, tasteful, well appointed, convenient location, awesome owners. If you have up to 4 in your group, you can’t find a better place.

This 2bd/2bath home is beautifully appointed and concise in its design. Location could not be better. Seconds to the Cascade Restaurant and Bar, minutes into Grand Marais, minutes to Lutsen and Superior National Golf Course. Lovely outdoor fire pit with Adirondack chairs. Any negatives? No washer and dryer. Bring extra undies! Otherwise this place is perfect!!

This cabin ticks all the boxes for us to spend a week enjoying all the North Shore has to offer. The boat house is such a treat to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and the cabin is clean with comfortable beds and a cozy sitting area with a fireplace.
