This is certainly in the top 3 of VRBO we have stayed at. The property was so nice. By the stream, a nice deck, fire pit, and the perfect size inside. We cooked each night and it was good to have options for cooking utensils , pots and pans and bakeware. Would definitely recommend

Its a great quiet getaway on the creek. We loved having the slider open almost all the time. It sounded like it was raining. Very relaxing. I think our only suggestion would maybe to offer just one pressed log for when people get there night one. Especially during the colder darker months. Some prople come from far, and dont really want to hassle with a whole cut wood fire that first night. Other than that, it was nicely stocked with what youd need.

Awesome little cabin super close by to the park! The host provided clear instructions to get to the cabin & was responsive to any questions I had. We enjoyed breakfast on the deck overlooking the stream each morning, cooked up some hot dogs on the grill (propane provided by the owners which was great), & relaxed around the firepit on our last night. The perfect place to decompress after a day of hiking at Mt Rainier.

We stayed here while exploring mt Rainer for a couple of days and fell in love with the place! It’s right on a little creek and you can spend the mornings drinking coffee and listening to it on the porch or through the windows! There is also a bunch of deer that like to visit at dusk and dawn that you can watch! It’s located right next to the entrance of mt Rainier so it took us only about 5-10 min to get there! Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area!

Wonderful property. Perfect for a couple looking for a quiet retreat close to Mt. Rainier. Great indoor and outdoor spaces. So close to Ashford as well. Communication with the owner was timely and informative. The check in/out process was easy. This is definitely top of the list if we make it back to the area.

The property is basically as described. The major flaw is the bed and bedding. Apparently, I missed the one review regarding the bed situation, but it was spot on. The bed has zero support and every movement makes the entire bed move. The neighbors across the creek have a porch light that shines directly into the loft and there’s nothing to block it besides a sheer curtain. Our first night I gave up and slept on the couch. The second night, my husband ended up on the couch because apparently I kept moving which woke him up. The pillows also weren’t great, so we were grateful to have our travel pillows. If the bed/bedding/light situation is rectified, it would get 5 stars.

The pictures do not do this cabin justice. It is perfect for a couple looking to get away (like my wife and I did), where you wake up looking at the trees through the A-Frame windows. Step

Fantastic location, very clean and comfortable, accurate listing- I couldn’t ask for a better experience! The view and sound of the creek from the porch is absolutely magical. I enjoyed watching a family of deer visit the yard every day around sunset. There are plenty of books, games, and entertainment for rainy days inside or you can drive 40 min to Paradise for stunning hikes on Mt Rainier. Detailed information about the cabin and your stay is provided in a binder.

I booked this cabin on 05/17/2025- 5/19/2025 for our 6th wedding anniversary and this has been the best first time experience staying in a cabin away from the city. It is peaceful, quiet, the sound of hearing the water flowing down the creek from the balcony as well with the rainy days made it aso relaxing. The cabin itself is a very very cozy, welcoming, relaxing, and just place to jut enjoy each other company. As for the wildlife we seen deers walking by the cabin within just 10ft away from us while were building a campfire to make smores! Mt. Rainier national park is only 8 mins away froom the cabin and we took advantage of it. The only thing i would recommend for the host is minor dusting of the spider webs and slight bug repelling remedies for the spiders. Other than that we plan on staying there again for longer periods next time!

This cabin on lovely Big Creek was in a great location to Mt. Rainier National Park. We loved having the deer greet us when we pulled into the driveway. I even saw two fawns crossing the creek! It is a mixed neighborhood, but that is to be expected in an area like this. The cabin was very clean and nice, and we always felt safe. My only suggestion (for people of my age, but just a general safety feature) would be to add a raised area to grasp on the staircase rail going to the loft, and a grab bar in the shower. We really enjoyed our stay at this Paradise creek-front cabin!

We enjoyed our stay at this adorable cabin in the woods. We loved the sound of the creek right outside our door. We made friends with the neighborhood deer. My only suggestion is to add a small hot tub for peak outdoor enjoyment. I also would like to note that the bedroom on the loft gets quite hot at night, so be prepared for that. There is a box fan, which does help somewhat. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the hosts.
