This amazing road access lakefront cottage is located on the beautiful Winnipeg River in Palmerston’s Channel, in the highly sought after Keewatin area, just off Peterson Drive; just a few minutes west of Kenora.

This 960 sq ft 2 bedroom cottage features new laminate flooring, a new kitchen, tv, dvd player along with many movies available for use. The kitchen is complete with fridge,stove,dishwasher and microwave along with a dining room that overlooks the water. There is also a second refrigerator for extra storage located in the bunkie. The cottage also has a large 3 piece bathroom.

The cottage also has a large deck off the kitchen with a patio set and shade coverage. Located on the north side of the property is a large patio space with additional seating, BBQ and outdoor cooktop.

The mud room features a washer and dryer. Along with some board games in case of a rainy day.

Also additional toilet and sink in a Deluxe outhouse just outside cabin living quarters.

The bunkie features room for up to 6 with a queen and single bed along with an additional bunk bed with a double and twin bed.

Located at the waterfront is an indoor gathering space on the dock with amazing views of the bay. Relax at boathouse while kids are asleep in the evening.

The dock has room to park up to two boats.
