Stayed Mar 5, 2026The cabin was great and about .5 miles from the ski resort. Plenty of room for our group and great place near the front door to store wet boots and snowboard gear. Two boot/glove dryers got a lot of use. The wood fireplace provided additional heat after playing in the snow all day.

Stayed Nov 28, 2025Perfect! It was a great house that me and 2 friends stayed at and we each had bedrooms and bathrooms on our own floors. It was a pretty good central location or homebase as we spent a day on the water in Seward and then drove out to Hatcher Pass another day. Hosts were great and communicated via app with clear checkin/out instructions

Stayed Nov 27, 2024We spent Thanksgiving time here with our family. There were six adults and 2 teens. We went out for Thanksgiving dinner but did cook other meals at the house. This home is nice with three levels and a bedroom on each level. We had trouble with the dish washer and the owner texted us right away and we fixed the problem. It was a very peaceful time here . Some of the family went cross country skiing. We used the wool stove which made it quite cozy. We enjoyed our stay here.

Stayed Jul 31, 2024This is a beautiful house in a wooded, peaceful neighborhood of Girdwood. The house has a deck with views and sounds of the nearby stream. The house was well stocked with all the essentials and more that were needed for our ten day stay. Highly recommended.
