Amazing 7 Bedroom Cabin in the White Mountains

The house was perfect for a large group. Large greatroom with open floor plan including kitchen and dining room. Very clean. Nice neighborhood.

This is a wonderful house. Plenty of room for 9 of us. Nice back yard to play games, cook, eat and enjoy an evening fire. Ashley was easy to communicate with and follow up on questions.Only issue was checkin, checkout times different than advertised by one hour, and ping pong table been broken for awhile, so no playing.

House was big and spacious! We had a big family with us and we were able to fut everyine comfortably. Yard was beautiful, location was great. It had a lot of seasonings for cooking and I loved the stove. It had great quality pots and pans. The only issue was that one bedroom sheets had pee stains on them and when the comforter was pulled back there was a big spider. However, the host was easy to get ahold of and was accommodating. I would definitely come back!

The property was everyrthing me and my family expected...it was beautiful and we did not want to leabe when the time had come.

It was ok , the carpets are outdated, the thermostats are so many, sometimes work, sometimes does not. The communication to the host is excellent.

My family spent five days in Pinetop for a softball tournament. The house was very comfortable. The kitchen was stopped well enough to be able to cook dinner without a problem. Our tournament was very close by and the neighborhood was beautiful. We had no issues with the house and would absolutely rent again and suggest this to anyone who wanted a place to stay. There is a nice sitting area in the backyard as well as front porch.

Great space for a large group. Bedrooms were good size, kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the backyard.

This property worked out great for our group of 14 riders from our Motorcycle Riding Club from Tucson. There was plenty of space for everyone without feeling cramp and finding a VRBO for 14 adults can be difficult but this one fit. The location was perfect and being within walking distance to Woodland Lake was a nice touch. Close to restaurants, Safeway is within 1.5 miles, and the neighborhood is nice.I am the President of the club and rent a VRBO every year. This place was great from beginning to end. Would definitely rent this place again. Thanks for allowing us to use your home.As the president of the club

Everything was great as described in listing. We had a group of 6 adults.

Overall good, needs improvement:The Ping Pong table was not working. (The boys wanted it).A sexy thong panties was found under a piece of furniture. (Cleaning obs)

Overall the place was great. Some deck boards are loose or have moved. Railing in front is loose. Kitchen was great and location was perfect.

We loved the house and the location. We had a great time. However, this house needs a deep clean. There were spider webs under the beds, very dirty ceiling fans, and spider webs all over the front and back porch. Also, they do not spend any money on landscaping or yard maintenance. I had to pick weeds by the chair/firepit area because they were so tall and distracting. We also had a person who just had a knee replacement at the house and we were worried because the back patio is in bad shape and needs to be fixed or replaced. Give it a deep clean and maintain the backyard/patio and I would definitely stay here again.
