Stayed May 28, 2021Property was fine, definitely need to take pictures as rug in living room downstairs had whole and burn marks. Deck needs some upkeep and shows lots of wear. Shower head in one restroom needs to be changed as water barely come out and made showing difficulty in the upstairs restroom. All other rooms were great and well taken care of. Beds were comfortable and overall stay we had a great time relaxing. We loved the theatre room. On last night of trip the house next to us had a loud party with noise until almost 3am. Supposedly there is noise ordinance but no one to enforce it.

Stayed Mar 23, 2021This place is great for entertaining. Very large. My kids enjoyed the home theater, air hockey, arcade games, etc. The place definitely needs some updating. Some of the rooms need some curtains and the beds could be a little more comfortable, but serve the purpose for sleeping. Large balcony area and decent snow play area behind the house. The drive way is pretty steep so can be an issue for two wheel drive when snowing. Not far from center of town and ski areas, but very quiet.

Stayed Feb 13, 2021Our family enjoyed our stay at the All Seasons property. We loved that there was plenty of room for us to both hang out together and be separate from the group. The game room and movie theater provided plenty of entertainment within the home. The only issue was that the air hockey table didn't work, but everything else seemed to be in order and we enjoyed it all! Also, instructions for the movie theater would be helpful. We were able to eventually figure out away to use the projector, however, we could not figure out how to use the sound system. Each bedroom was comfortable and there were plenty of beds for everyone to sleep in. There is a TV in each room, so if you choose to watch something different from the group, there are plenty of places to do it. If you are not a morning person, you may be a little irked that there are no blinds or curtains in some of the bedrooms. We were traveling with a couple of elderly people in our group and noted that the stairs were not very safe for them. A couple people slipped coming down the steps and one even fell. Overall, we really did enjoy our stay. However, we do recommend that the owners/property managers make some repairs and upgrades in order to justify the price point of the home.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We submitted a letter giving our opinion of this rental. Not sure if you had received it or not. Although it meet all of our needs 5 bedrms, 5 baths, spa, pool table etc. The upkeep of the place was horrible. The beds were the most uncomfortable beds ever, Pool sticks and rack were broken, Kitchen utensils were horrible not to mention not even to serve 10 people. Spa was dirt and gross. Wooden patio furniture very unsafe and unusable. Unsafe elevations through out the inside of the home. We had two elderly family members fall. I would not recommend this place.
