The house is just like the pictures and was clean and cozy. They even left a dog bed and bowls out! The only downside is it’s run by vacasa and it was difficult to get in touch with someone and it was always a different person when we had questions. Each person would tell us something different too. The air hockey table also barely works but we anticipated that from other reviews. 10AM checkout seems a bit early and you have to pay to extend it. They also never responded when I told them my dog is a service dog and I had to pay for her. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and were happy with how cute this cabin is!!
Awesome, cozy cabin for our family trip. We loved playing darts and air hockey in the back game room! The cabin was perfectly set up for two couples and our two pups. We’ll definitely be back!
We loved our stay! Very clean, beautiful and cozy. Communication with the service team was easy and they responded quickly. We highly recommend it and hope to stay in the near future.
Property was quaint, clean and in a great location. 45 minutes from the Portland airport, short ride to the Columbia River Gorge, waterfalls and hiking trails.
Cozy Cabin close to the Mt Hood area. The cabin was just as listed and clean when we arrived. Would definitely recommend
Spent weekend roaming, Edgefield one day, Mirror Lake another, stay in yet another. Cozy, cabin, neighborhood is a little noisy, but calmed down in the evening. Stairs are a little tricky, kitchen a little tight but well stocked (missing some garlic powder), game room is awesome and so is the beautiful yard. Used front porch/deck for breakfast and dinner and grilled a couple times as well. Lots of movies and games, fast Internet. Fire restrictions so we didn't get to use the fire pit. Great place, could use a hot tub out back. ?
This cute A frame cabin was very clean, area was very quiet, and there were tons of games and movies to entertain the family. Location is close enough to food and shopping, an hour from the hustle and bustle of Portland, and a very easy drive up Mt. Hood to Government Camp and Timberline Lodge.
The pictures accurately reflect how cute and clean this cabin is! We thoroughly enjoyed the fire pit and game room in the backyard. We will be back!
This house was amazing and we would definitely recommend it to everyone we know. When I saw it online for rent, I just had too book it. What caught my eye was that it was different (triangle shaped) and that the upstairs room looked like it would have an amazing view. We like the fact that this house was out away from the city and the views around the house was awesome. We were not able to use the game area or the fire pit due to our schedule but we definitely want to go back and rent this particular house again if we get a chance. The River was just a short 3 min walk and my daughter had to go there every evening to see it & take pictures before we went to bed every night. This trip was for her and she was smiling everyday until we had to say goodbye. We were sad all the way to the airport cause we didn’t want to leave this amazing place. It definitely beats staying at a hotel. Even though we didn’t use all the amenities like cooking in the kitchen it was still better than a hotel.
Perfect for skiing at Mt. Hood. We had a great time.
We rented this place for my birthday. It was perfect! It is beautifully decorated, very clean, stocked with necessities, and very comfortable. We will definitely return!
This property was adorable, cozy, and fun. It was PERFECT for a little weekend getaway and only 45 min from Mount Hood Meadows. If you're looking for a chill cabin in the woods, this is the place!! All the fire wood you could need with lovely wood burning stoves. The shed was so much fun for playing games! Unfortunately, the air hockey table was not working while we were there. It could be that the breaker in the shed was tripped (we didn't actually check) because the outlets didn't seem to be working. There is also no dishwasher. This was fine for our group, but just keep that in mind. Loved that there were bowls and a bed for the dog too :) we absolutely loved this house!!
This property is a little gem at the base of Mt. Hood, perfect for my family of four's ski trip on the mountain. It is very cozy and lovely decorated, and has every amenity you will need for a great vacation stay. The game room (shed) with dart and air hockey is a big hit with my kids, keeping them entertained after dark. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will go back again!
Immaculate nestled in between trees. Property has everything needed. Just off the highway. Inside decorated beautifully. We will be staying again.
We loved this cabin and will definitely be coming back! We always try and find places which are pet friendly but these hosts went over the top by providing a dog bed, dishes, etc. Thank you!
Absolutely loved this A-frame, now I want one of my own! Though be aware that if you like soft beds, your best bet is the couch (which is SUPER comfy!) the beds are firmer, so those who like firmer beds will love them! The layout is beautifully designed. There are two fridges! Appliances are new and work incredibly well. Heat was so nice and cozy! Again, the couch was SO COMFY! I definetly snoozed off on the reclined couch a few times. Game shed was awesome too. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay, we will be back!
I was in awe… the home and property surrounding it will forever be in my heart. The rental was magical I was immersed in it’s beauty it was a work of art. . I will be a returning guest.
I spent a few nights in this lovely cabin while my mother was in town and was beyond happy with both the home and the area. The cabin itself was much larger than expected, but still felt cozy and comfortable. Everything we needed from paper towels to laundry soap to towels was stocked plenty- even easy to forget items like celery salt or olive oil. Not only is the area quiet and beautiful with easy river access, but the neighbors out on their walks were friendly and as kind as their dogs! I cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was, how beautiful the home is (it seems recently remodeled) except that we plan to visit again and soon and often!
Awesome place, loved it! I would've liked at least an 11am out instead of 10am. I wish Vacasa's system allowed for an opportunity to add a night to your stay within the system once you've already begun the stay, as I would've done so if there was a way to do so without starting a new one from scratch. Also be sure to bring some ground coffee or such, as there is a pot only.
