the kitchen was equipped for cooking but the cabin was not very clean. lots of dog hair all over the apartment and the floors were not clean. Bathroom was not very clean.The cabin was nice and the view was beautiful.

This was our second visit to this beautiful cabin! It is the perfect place to relax and unwind! So many wonderful things when staying here, great veiws from the back deck, both morning and night. We woke up to deer in the yard and hummingbirds at the feeders. The beds are very comfortable and the shower is nice and hot. The kitchen is equipped for all our cooking needs while visiting. My favorite thing by far is the peace and quite of this cabins location. At night the only thing you see is stars. Then the only thing you hear while star gazing from the deck is the chirping of the crickets and cicadas or the hum of the whippoorwill! We absolutely love this cabin and Im already looking forward to next years visit for a 3rd time.

Very well polished host, everything was perfect at the cabin and we were very surprised to find all the cooking equipment you would find at home. The view is even better than the pictures as well.

We enjoyed peaceful mornings, watched hummingbirds flit around, shared laughter, explored the surroundings, and savored every moment of our time together. This week reminded us how precious friendship and simple joys are. We will most definitely come back!

The cabin was as advertised. Clean, comfortable, nicely accentuated with decor. The owner and the housekeeping were readily available. We were 100% satisfied.

We loved our stay! The cabin was very clean and there was no one around! Communication was great! If in the area we'll definitely stay here!

We really enjoyed our stay in this cabin. The view was beautiful and the porch was so peaceful! We were able to see wildlife and lots of beautiful birds, butterflies, and even hummingbirds. This is a great place to relax!

the cabin was relatively easy to find, Michael might want to update the check-in procedure, the key was under the dog in the front, not the back. The wi-fi password on the sheet is incorrect. I finally was able to connect using the little wi-fi box in the window, when pressed it showed a different password and that worked fine.............Now for the good stuff----this cabin really nice, the online photos are totally accurate. I loved sitting on the porch, soooo quiet. I'm a wildlife photographer and got some great photos of Goldfinches, Hummingbirds and flycatcher. BTW, I cleaned and refill the Hummingbird feeder, it was filthy and full of mold....no healthy for the little guys. Thanks Michael for gorgeous place for us to vacation and relax.

When you take a look outside the windows of this cabin, you see one of the most beautiful view God could have made! And the beds, super comfy! Come check out this beautiful cabin for yourself. You won’t be disappointed.

My family and I visited the area to work our funnel cakeFood booth at the Pioneer day festival in Melbourne. We only got to spend a short time at the cabin. However, it was exactly what we needed after working such a busy event! From the minute we walked in it felt like home. The cabin was beautifully furnished with everything we could need for a relaxing stay. Super hot showers, The view from the deck was breathtakingly beautiful both morning and night!! I will definitely visit this cabin again when work isn't my main focus.

This was our second stay at this cabin. WE IT!The layout of this cabin is awesome!! It is for sure one of the most relaxing cabins/places we have ever stayed. The view is awesome, it’s quiet, and everything you need is right there.We’re looking forward to another stay.

This cabin is absolutely wonderful. If you are looking for a secluded, cozy cabin with views you won't get tired of, this is your place. We will definitely try to make it back again in hopes that we can enjoy the porch more and maybe see some wildlife (turns out they don't like the drenching rain any more than we do). Our recent trip was during what was called Generational Storms and Flooding, and while it made it very wet outside, the cabin was nice and dry. We figured there must be a generator as we lost power for a few seconds multiple times during these storms, but everything came back on quickly. We had anticipated we may not want to go back into town as it was a bit of a drive along very steep and winding roads, so we loaded up on some groceries and cooked our dinners and breakfasts in the cabin kitchen. Everything we needed was provided for cooking some basic meals. It was great to have a full-size refrigerator and stove/oven, especially since we could not use the grill outside.We took the opportunity to kick-back, relax and watch some Netflix in this cozy cabin.

We were elated with this place. The pictures do not do this place justice. It is such a gem. We were able to do a good bit of traveling adventures and sightseeing also.

The cabin is in a remote but easy to access location. We appreciate that the cabin is pet friendly. We enjoyed the fire pit and front porch views. Star gazing is wonderful here.

We had a relaxing and enjoyable getaway for Christmas. We decided a few years back to make memories instead of giving gifts to each other for Christmas and this trip did not disappoint. We had a wonderful time!

This property was a great getaway. It includes everything you may need. Including entertainment, snacks, and body care. The view was also great!

Such an awesome place! We didn't do nearly as much exploring as we intended because the view from the porch was stunning! Didn't want to leave! Place was exactly as advertised. Michael is such a good host, and very quick to respond to any questions. Would highly recommend staying there. Great place, great memories!

This cabin was perfect. Everything we needed. Full size washer and dryer a bonus. Beds were comfy. WiFi was decent Views were unbelievable. Porch was awesome to relax on. No neighbors you can see. Only wish it had a screen door so flies wouldn’t get in but that’s part of being at a cabin in the woods. We absolutely loved this place. Would definitely come again. Dave and Renee G

It was an amazing experience. This was a beautiful place inside, a beautiful view from the porch.. it was within 30 from many beautiful hiking trails.. I highly recommend this place.. we will be returning
