Upstairs is a loft area equipped with a desktop computer with high-speed internet and a printer and a table for puzzles or games, and very spacious master suite with king bed, cozy sitting area, 36 Satellite HDTV with DVD Player, and a full private bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower.

Downstairs is a large den with 36-inch Satellite HDTV, gas-log, stone fireplace, a master suite with king bed, 36-inch HDTV, and full private bathroom, a game room with pool table, and a lower deck with 2 porch swings and hot tub to sit or soak and relax while taking in the views.

Step outside anytime to enjoy the beautiful sights and sounds which include a stone fire pit and sitting area for gathering in the cool evenings to snuggle and roast marshmallows. There's also a small creek running through the property.

- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 14-30 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
- This home allows up to 4 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
- DURING WINTER (Nov-March) 4WD/AWD and/or chains strongly recommended and will be necessary when inclement weather is possible in order to navigate the roads on the way to this home. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
