A Gracious Haven near Cave Run Lake-close to Licking River & 3 boat ramps.

Check-in was wonderful no trouble at all, key code worked and opened/ closed just as host stated. Kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, dishes and all essential needs- even some extra k- cups and snacks- loved! Bathroom is small with only one but not horrible and the extras - of things that might have been forgotten an added blessing! Wi-fi good and it’s just right off the road and accessible to all of Cave Run and easy drive to Morehead if needed. This is a secret gem and hope to return maybe in the fall.

Relaxing stay, nice covered fire area outside

This place was immaculate and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. It was perfect and I could tell our host had paid attention to details. Communication was quick and easy. I would definitely come back, and I wish all hosts were as accommodating!

The cabin was immaculate the extra little perks of the bottles of water and ice in the freezer and some snacks out or great. The location was fabulous for being unplugged and other than a couple of notes and suggestions for upgrading we left you. It was wonderful.The tub was rather slippery. It needs to have a mat down or some adhesive stickers the stair steps going up and down the steps to the loft are extremely steep, and the railings are very square and big for female hands to hold, and I would highly suggest sacrificing that upstairs front porch for a half bath on the top floor. It’s succeeding and getting us unplugged for a couple of days and just relaxing, which is exactly what we needed.!!!

Great place-! Location was less than 5 minutes from family that just moved to the area and 10 minutes to a great boat ramp. Very private.

I've been searching for the perfect cabin for weekend getaways in the DBNF, and I've found it!Quiet, clean, comfortable,e and well-equipped sums up this perfect little gem. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and plan to re-book often. Thank you, Jill, for thinking of every little thing to help your guests enjoy a special little spot to escape the daily grind. I will be back!

Gracious Haven was a clean and welcoming place. The kitchen was well equipped as was the bathroom. There were enough beds for the four of us with comfortable bedding.

Great place to stay. Well maintained cabin and a beautiful location. Very clean and stocked perfectly. If you trailer a boat for the lake it is tight. I had to back boat in from neighboring driveway. F250 doesn’t turn tight. I would recommend this place to others.

We had a nice peaceful relaxation in between trips on the lake at the cabin.

We had a great week hiking around the area and enjoyed the comfortable stay. The host has clearly thought of many of the extra details of hospitality.

Jill was very responsive to any questions we had! We only had 3 people staying in the cabin. Even though it would allow for more, I don't think I would do more than 4. The double beds are loft style and you walk past them to go downstairs to use the restroom. Other than that, the outdoor experience with the fire pit, and the multiple balconies and sitting areas is excellent. We even discussed renting the cabin again when we came back to the area.

We loved our stay in this cabin. It was spotless, well stocked with everything we needed. Spacious first floor area and nicely decorated. Beautiful views with the fall leaves. Wish we had more time to spend at the cabin, but we will definitely rent again. Easy drive to Morehead State.

The cabin and property were immaculate and the perfect size for 2 to 4 people. Location is easy to get to and near to several marinas. Easy driving distance from Natural Bridge and Carters Caves. Also great location to just sit back and relax. Cabin has everything you’ll need to enjoy your time there.

We had a great stay in this cute cabin! The cabin was equipped with everything we needed for our stay.

We loved the cabin. It was more than we excepted (with the exception of the fire pit being torn down). Would recommend it to others. Hope we get to use it again.

The rental was extremely cozy and close to Cave Run Lake. The outdoor fireplace and fire pit were awesome for making s’mores with the family. The property manager checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed.

Owner has went above and beyond with little touches to make your stay great. Had one thing I needed to reach owner about was easy to reach her and very responsive.

Meet up with some of my college friends and our husbands. Made for the perfect little weekend get away. It was a little further from the lake and town than I was expecting, but we still had a great time! I would highly recommended staying here! It also had absolutely everything we needed including tons of extra blankets and kitchen supplies.
