This multi-level Smoky Mountain home brings an around-the-world twist to your stay, with each of its eight bedrooms offering an internationally inspired theme. Designed for groups, it pairs plenty of sleeping space with inviting shared areas for relaxing, playing, and reconnecting.

On the main level:
• Chef’s kitchen with full-size appliances, granite countertops, an island, and cooking essentials
• Coffee station with Keurig and drip coffee maker
• Indoor gathering area with seating for 20

Your group will have access to the home, private heated indoor pool, hot tub, game room, covered outdoor spaces, and outdoor areas. Free on-premises parking is available in the private driveway, which accommodates 10+ vehicles.

We respect your privacy during your stay, but we’re available through Airbnb messaging if you need assistance. We also work with local service providers who can assist when needed.

There are five steps from the driveway to the front entrance. Four bedrooms are on the main level; the remaining bedrooms, indoor pool, and game room require stairs to access.

Two exterior security cameras are located at the front entrance and outside the pool house. They record audio and video; there are no indoor cameras.

This mountain property is surrounded by nature and receives regular pest-control service, though occasional insects may still enter. Keeping doors and windows closed helps prevent this.
Minimum booking age: The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old, must provide accurate reservation information, and must personally stay at the property for the entire reservation.

Occupancy: Maximum overnight occupancy is 30 guests. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Please provide an accurate guest count before arrival.

No parties or unauthorized events: Parties, weddings, receptions, large gatherings, or other events are not permitted without prior written approval. Please contact us before inviting additional visitors to the property.

Quiet hours: Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive outdoor noise, amplified music, shouting, or other disturbances are not permitted.

Noise monitoring: The property uses a privacy-safe noise monitoring device that measures sound levels only. It does not record conversations or audio. Tampering with, disabling, or removing monitoring or safety equipment is prohibited.

No smoking or vaping indoors: Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside the home. Please dispose of smoking materials safely outdoors and never throw cigarette butts on the property.

Pool & hot tub: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. No diving, running, horseplay, or glass containers are permitted in or around the pool or hot tub. Guests use these amenities at their own risk. Do not tamper with pool, hot-tub, heating, filtration, or mechanical equipment.

Pets: Only pets included in the reservation and approved by the host are permitted. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets and for any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning.

Parking: Park only in designated parking areas and do not block neighboring properties, roads, driveways, or emergency access.

Property care: Please treat the home, furnishings, games, electronics, and amenities with care. Do not move large furniture, disconnect electronics, or remove items from the property. Report accidental damage promptly so we can address it.

Safety equipment: Do not disable, cover, unplug, or tamper with smoke detectors, carbon-monoxide detectors, security devices, pool equipment, noise monitors, or other safety equipment.

Grill & cooking: Use grills only in their designated location. Never leave cooking or grilling unattended, and ensure grills are fully turned off after use.

Doors & windows: Please close and secure exterior doors and windows when leaving the property and when heating or air conditioning is operating.

Trash & cleanliness: Please place trash in the designated containers and leave the property reasonably orderly at checkout. Excessive trash, food, spills, stains, rearranged furniture, or conditions requiring extraordinary cleaning may result in additional charges.

Checkout: Follow the checkout instructions provided before departure. You do not need to professionally clean the home, but dishes, trash, personal belongings, and unusually heavy messes should be addressed before leaving.

Damage / rule violations: Guests are responsible for damage caused by members of their group or visitors. Material violations of these rules, unauthorized parties, excessive occupancy, or serious disturbances may result in termination of the stay without refund where permitted by the booking platform and applicable law.

Most importantly: Enjoy the cabin, pool, hot tub, game room and mountain setting—but please treat the home and surrounding community with the same care you would your own.
