Great cabin for visiting Dollywood. Easy drive to the park, but still out of the way.

We booked this apartment on the spur of the moment and was granted immediate occupancy. We were very pleased with the accommodations.

Beautiful place

The house was very clean and the host was very easy to communicate with and was fast replying to my questions. Definitely recommend and will use them again.

The cabin was perfect for us. 10 minutes to Dollywood and Pigeon Forge.

This is my first time leaving a negative review after renting through VRBO multiple times a year, but I feel it’s important to be honest for future guests.The biggest issue was cleanliness. When we arrived, every surface had a noticeable layer of dust. The cooking pans were in such poor condition that we had to go to Walmart and buy our own. After that, we noticed the inside of the oven was also very dirty and clearly had not been cleaned. The showers had mold as well, which was disappointing.To the owner’s credit, he was responsive and did send someone to clean after I reached out. I appreciated that, but it was frustrating to have to address these issues after arrival instead of walking into a properly cleaned cabin.The sofa is also very worn out—you sink into it when sitting down, and the material felt sticky or just odd.The location is the best part of this cabin. It’s easy to get to, away from the crowds, close to popular destinations, and spaced well enough from neighboring cabins that it still feels private.With better cleaning and some updates to the furniture, this could be a great place to stay. Unfortunately, our experience fell short because of the condition of the cabin when we arrived.

Everything was as expected

Overall the property was as described. We did not use the hot tub. The kitchen is well stocked but one pad is losing its teflon so it is unusable. More detail from the cleaning staff would get this unit a perfect review. The heat and air both work well. The beds were comfortable and the view is amazing. Quiet and relaxing. Our host was responsive and pleasant to deal with.

It was so nasty when we got there it had wasp, ladybug, stink, bugs, and later in our stay my one year-old was getting ate up so I looked at the beds and Come to find out we found there are bedbugs do not ever stay here . Dirty dishes I had to clean and I’m pregnant and that should have been cleaned before we arrived . I woke up the second day to a cleaning lady knocking on our door at 9:06 saying that it had not been cleaned and he denied it and said it had he looked at the cameras even though i have proof and pictures of bedbugs how dirty it was and everything and he still denied and will not give us our refund back. Don’t ever stay there ….We had 7 people in my group we came up for total life march 5 through march 8th and another thing the hot tub does not work.

The cabin was VERY dirty, including visibly soiled pots/pans, fridge, counters and a moldy shower. The toilet seat would also slide off when you sat on it. I messaged the owners and their response was thanks for letting us know. I then found stagnant standing water in the washing machine that was broken. They did apologize but said could not be fixed during our stay. I also messaged them regarding standing water in the refrigerator but got no response. There was no effort to make things right and then I was sent a message asking me to give them a 5 star rating. The cabin has the potential of being a very nice place to stay but there is obviously very little effort being put into cleanliness or upkeep. The air filters were so old that they were black. I don't usually give negative reviews, but this was not a good experience.

Very cozy cabin

Amazing cabin and so close to everything! We couldn’t quit bragging on how happy we were with this cabin choice, when we wanted to be in the busy part it was right down the road - when we wanted to relax the cabin was the perfect location! The hosts responded to my random questions promptly and checkout was a breeze!

Cleanliness was an issue. We wanted to use the futon, but there was food/stuff that hadn’t been cleaned within the cushions which changed our sleeping arrangements. There were Goldfish crackers beneath the coffee table and lots of food stuff beneath the sofas. The upholstery on the dining room chairs was nasty. We didn’t want to sit on half of them. There was no “game room;” just an arcade game stuffed in the attic bedroom. Communication was awesome, however, with the owners, even when arriving at 11:30 pm. It is in a great location and close to everything, and it provided the atmosphere we needed.

Super convenient to downtown!

The cabin was very clean you could smell it!! The beds were very comfortable!! The only thing is I wish it was decorated for Christmas!

The cabin seemed cozy but with the lack of cleanliness it really missed the mark. It desparately needs a deep cleaning and carpet upgraded. As soon as we arrived we were met by the fire alarm continuesly beeping due to low battery. The bathroom sink drain downstairs was plugged up but with some repetitive plunging was able to unplug it. The upstairs bathroom was not swept adequately, hair was piled up in the corners of the floor and hair on the shower tub shelf. One of the towels had noticeable dirt stains. The fans were all covered in dust along with the molding and some of the counters. The carpet floors were well used and dirt stained. My son having worn socks and shoes during the day had clean feet until taking his shoes off and playing throughout the cabin, his feet looked like he'd been outside playing in the dirt. Also, living room rug was not secured to floor, was a trip/fall hazard. Under the couch across from which I was sitting across had lots of food crumbs/dirt which could have easily been vacuumed up with a vacumm wand. Filling up the tea pot I noticed dirt flakes in the water. Was either from the sink faucet or due to the city water. Half the light bulbs were out in the dining room. Lighting was not bright. Spiderwebs around windows. Black mold on corners of downstairs bathroom. Positive note, it was quiet there and our son really did enjoy the arcade games. Owner was immediate to respond to roku password request, and that was appreciated. Great location.

Great cozy cabin! It's in a secluded location. However, all the amazing locations to visit are still nearby. Highly recommend staying here.

This cabin is in a wonderful location with a great view onto the surrounding hills. It is a quiet area halfway between the two primary towns, If you look at the pictures of the cabin you will see a wonderful reflection of the hillside on the tall cabin windows. Unfortunately, there were highly damaged screens on these windows that made looking at the scenery from inside the cabin impossible.There were several maintenance issues which I mentioned to the host and he stated that he was going to have these corrected.There were several areas that should have been cleaned better. There were no cleaning supplies in the cabin and I had to go out and purcahse them to clean the windows and the shower.

Great little cabin for my family.

Wonderful host! Property as described. Kids loved the mini arcade. We mostly just slept here after long days at Dollywood. We wished we had had more time to enjoy hanging together at the cabin. We would book this property again!

The cabin stay was very wonderful. Very peaceful and relaxing. It had a the comforts of home. The old school video game console with multiple games was definately a family pleaser. Nice touch! Its a very manageable distance from Dollywood. We would definately consider coming back here again.

Nice cabin and great area close to everything we needed. Plenty of room for my family of 4 and my in-laws. Only gave 4 stars for cleanliness because the floor wasn't clean. I had to sweep and mop shortly after we got there. But everything else seemed to be clean. Laundry was in a closet outside, which was different but not a problem. Host was very responsive when we had questions. Overall a great cabin for our short stay.

Property is in a good location. Cabin was not ckean, dirthy towels and dishes. Bugs deadon the floor and windows were very dirty and dusty. Lights were blown in the fridge and dining room. Bed was broken down and had to sleep at an angle. Communicated this all to the owner and no compensation. Very expensive weekend with little rest.

Beautiful cabin in a great location! Just far enough from all the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge and Sevierville! Very quiet neighborhood!

Small cabin, but plentiful room for family. Equipped with bored games for down time. Toward the top of the community, ok view, quiet neighborhood. Internet worked well.

This cabin was in the perfect location to all attractions and in a good neighborhood. The cabin was very clean and we all enjoyed the clean hot tub . We will definitely stay again!

Our family absolutely loved this cabin! It had everything we needed and more. Tons of entertainment for the young ones. We loved relaxing on the porch in the rocking chairs. We even had a bear come right up to the cabin one early morning. Well definitely keep this cabin in close mind for all of our future trips to the mountains!

Great place to stay for families with young children. Excellent location close to everything. Cabin is easy to find and was clean.

Great property and location. The cabin was comfortable and accommodated our large family. Never felt cramped or on top of each other. There weren’t great views of the mountains you might get in another mountain location, but the neighborhood was welcoming. Location was perfect located in the middle between pigeon forge and Gatlinburg which gave great access to everything from eating and activities to hiking in the park. Gave three stars for cleanliness just because of little things like fans that had significant dust and lots of lady bugs in the window sills. Overall a great place to stay.

While the location and ease to find the cabin we were disappointed with the lack of the cabin being not as clean as other cabins we have been in.

Stayed here for my nephews wedding. 5 of us total. The place was welcoming and well furnished. Hot tub, arcade and washer/dryer nice touch. Check in very easy and hosts responds quickly. Lots of outlets for devices. Lots of games to play! Overall great place would recommend.
