Great home in beautiful subdivision. Very clean. Great location.

Clean rooms, very clean house! Outside of house needs TLC, porches were not clean, not sweaped, not dusted, sap on back porch! Yard needs TLC!! Video cameras make you feel umcomfy, you feel like you’re always being watched when outside! The man that takes care of hot tub, needs to find a way to come in with out startling the guest! Totally felt snuck up on! Love the mountains and the area! The host was good, told us about Alley House bar and grill 100% recommend! Clean home on inside needs TLC outside! Thank you

We had an amazing stay at this home in Pagosa Springs! The location was ideal — peaceful and scenic, yet still close to town, restaurants, and outdoor activities.The amenities really made the experience special. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, and the fireplace made the evenings feel extra cozy and inviting. The home itself was very comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully set up. It truly felt like a home away from home.If you’re looking for a cozy retreat with great amenities and a convenient location, this is the place. We would absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed how spacious the home was with a huge living room and cozy fireplace. The hot tub was awesome at night after skiing all day. The full kitchen and new appliances were great. Beds were very comfortable. Only 7 minutes to groceries and restaurants.

This was our 3rd time staying here and it has been great every time. The house is close to the grocery store and easy to get into town. Everything was clean and welcoming. It's nice to come off the mountain and sit in the hot tub. We will definitely book for a 4th year.

Thank you for hosting our stay in Pagosa. We were very grateful for the well stocked kitchen and the dog lead outside. There was good space for all of us and all of the appliances worked well. Some things that were concerning, if not a bit frustrating were the broken recliners, dirty floors and full dishwasher upon arrival, handicap bar in the shower is so loose it's not usable and we had a paraplegic trying to shower, very creaky, loud bed in the front bedroom on the master side and various damage/ill repair of things (chairs at dining table, have to climb to turn on/off light in the master bedroom if you want the fan on, toilet handle, walls, etc). Didn't use the hot tub but it looked fine and sounded as if it was running.

The cabin was spacious and comfortable. The hot tub was great.

My family and I stayed couple days in October in this house. We loved it. It has plenty room for a big family, comfortable and clean and has everything inside. You can enjoy watching a wild life ( deers, foxes, ducks) just from outside your deck in a morning's, hot tub at the evening's, its clean and works great. At the day time you can take a walk around the lake, its just couple minutes away,very quiet and friendly neighborhood. The grocery stores, restaurants, downtown - everything is very close, so you can really enjoy your vacation and the host are gonna make this very simple for you.

Great property! Well-appointed kitchen. Close to the lake. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Lovely deck. Very nice neighborhood. Great location to see wildlife. Can’t wait to go back!

The house was perfect, It was a working trip for me I had a project to complete in Pagosa Springs for a week. I brought my wife for the stay and she worked remotely. We were both very comfortable and we had a very nice stay. Unfortunately we were not in town for a vacation and did not see much of Pagosa Springs, good news, we live in Dolores, Colorado a little over two hours away and we will definitely return and spend more time enjoying the area. This house is located near everything that you might need for a wonderful stay.

The home was perfect for our family, beds were comfortable, easy check-in process and the property manager was responsive with any questions or concerns. Your family and friends will enjoy the home and location.

Large kitchen and family area along with 2 spacious bedrooms and master bathroom. Great for families staying together. Everyone enjoyed the easy access to the lake for fishing. Situated in a very nice community . Only downside was that the beds were very old and uncomfortable. Overall, our stay was enjoyed by all.

Plenty of parking for trucks and trailers!!!!!Lots of room and decorated beautifully. Fully stocked kitchen! The hot tub was wonderful after a long day of riding the trails!!!! We had a couple minor issues during our visit, yet both were promptly rectified. Many kudos to Reed for being readily available and getting things done in a timely manner.

Reed went above and beyond with his communication. Everything was exactly as we expected. The house was clean and the open layout made it so enjoyable for all of us to hang out after a long day of skiing. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was much bigger/roomier than I was expecting! Which was a great surprise. The location was beautiful. It was nice to be able to walk down to Pagosa Lake and see gorgeous mountain peaks in the background. There was plenty of seating for all 8 of our guests for dining and relaxing. The hot tub was a nice amenity and we enjoyed relaxing in there. The back yard is quite private as well. Our two pups had a lovely relaxing weekend and it’s so wonderful when we can bring the whole family! The pull out couch seemed like it hadn’t been attended to in a while, I would advise bringing extra sheets just in case. Otherwise, everything else was quite tidy and clean. We had such a wonderful, relaxing weekend! I definitely would stay at this property again in the future and recommend it to anyone! Reed was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the weekend! He was even willing to address the pullout coach issue immediately. Thank you for opening your home to us! We had the best time!

Everything about this location was great. There are several dining options close by. The owner replied quickly to any questions we had and was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property! We had a large extended family in town and were able to gather in the evenings for food and games together in the living space! The management was quick to respond to any needs or concerns and was very thorough before and during our stay.

Its just a great, comfortable, well maintained, 4 bedroom home. The Host had the place set up great. We had zero complaints or suggestions and will hopefully return !!

The property is well kept, fully equipped with everything. The location is perfect, close to everything and the host very responsive. We’ll be back for sure.

We had a great time in Pagosa Springs and the house was awesome. Quiet, close to town, and there were always deer in the backyard in the evenings and overall a 5 star place
