We had an amazing time. The cabin was beautiful, spacious, and had everything we needed. The location was close (but not too close) to tourist areas, groceries, and restaurants. More important, it was a quick drive to the Smokey Mountains, Gatlinburg, waterfalls, and more natural beauty than you can imagine. Erik, the owner, was wonderful and responsive. Coming home each night to this beautiful cabin made this our best vacation ever!

The Blue Bear Lodge was exactly what we wanted and needed for our stay in Pigeon Forge! We stayed with 3 teens and our 9 year old, and it was perfect. Between the hot tub, pool, air hockey table, and arcade machine, we all had plenty of things to keep us entertained when not out and about, the spacious living room was great for family game nights, and the cabin was a minimal distance from main attractions in PF and Gatlinburg. The fully stocked kitchen and grill allowed us to save on some meals while we were there as well. The host was also quick to respond to any questions we had. We would gladly stay again if we return in the future!

The property was amazing from the house cleanliness, to the hot tub, the game room and the rooms. Everything was amazing!!!!! We loved being so close to everything. I would definitely stay there again!!!!

Loved are stay . Cabin was beautiful. Eric was a fabulous host. Anything I needed, he had someone there in a hurry to take care of it. Very comfortable Cabin with plenty of room. So close to everything. Would definitely recommend.

Very close to town and everything around yet still far away enough for it to be quiet. Kids loved the air hockey table. Only disadvantage is the parking spot is very small, more for a small car or suv. We had a mini van and there was not a lot of room. Owner was great with communicating and fast response when we messaged with an issue.

Great stay

Erik was an amazing communicator! Very attentive but respectful of our privacy. We would definitely stay at Blue Bear again!! The cabin was clean and as shown in pictures. We couldn’t get over all the natural light and the feeling of being “in the mountains” without having to travel a treacherous road!! Would recommend the cabin to family and friends, for sure!!

We had a great stay! The cabin was clean, comfortable, and close to Dollywood — super convenient for our family. The beds were comfy, and check-in was easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Cabin was clean, host was great with communication for proper use of key code/door access. Cabin is centrally located between Dollywood and Gatlinburg.

The cabin was very nice and clean. Our kids were super entertained by the air hockey and arcade games. The only drawback was that both bathrooms are downstairs. That's no reflection on the quality of this cabin. We are just old and tired and it was difficult going up and down the stairs so much. Haha.

Location is wonderful! Check in was incredibly easy. Had no issues at all. Full stocked kitchen for cooking. Communication with Erik was easy and he was very responsive.

This property was really very nice and located very close to Pigeon Forge without a lot of winding roads. It's convenient location made coming back for a little rest between activities very easy. The entire cabin was in perfect working order.

Great property with excellent value!Only problem was how to access the pool but everything else was outstanding.

Clean beautiful cabin, easy to get to with amazing location close to everything, but especially Dollywood! Everything was easy and just as described and incredibly clean for our 2 families. We were entertained by all the fun games and activities. The communication was easy and excellent and we hope to stay again!!

The cabin was clean, well-kept, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. While there was a bit of wear and tear here and there—nothing major—it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Outside parking could have been a little bigger to accommodate a larger vehicle and there could be some pruning of tree limbs/plants to make the hot tub area more inviting. Communication with the host was smooth, and the location was convenient to everything. I'd definitely consider staying here again!

We enjoyed our stay and the cabin was clean and very comfortable.

Our grandsons loved this house! The stairs going up and down can be a challenge with luggage if you are not use to them. And be aware that all bedrooms and bathrooms are downstairs . Living and kitchen are upstairs where you enter from parking. Everything was clean and communication was very easy. Its close to all the wonderful places around and quiet! Beds were comfy too!

Everything was great. Easy booking, clear instructions and easy check-in. The cabin was comfortable, clean and relaxing and so fun for th kids. Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect.

Cabin was just as described. Check in was super easy, we received all the information we needed thru text and on the app. The location was perfect! Our family loved our stay and would definitely book here again!!

We were surprised how accurate the online photos were. A lot of times I find them deceiving, but this cabin was pretty spot on. Our kids are 12 & 16, they used the games, we walked a couple hills. Quick access to several locations.

Very close to all amenities. The cabin was the perfect get away, far from the main road but close enough to get where your want fairly quickly. My kids loved all the games and the queen size bunk beds. Will stay here again, thank you Erik!

We had a wonderful stay at Big Bear. Location was great. It was quick drive to all the attraction in Pigeon Forge. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. It was quiet and had nice views. The host responded quickly when we were having trouble with our access code. My fault for not reading the information sent to me thoroughly, but host was pleasant and helped us out quickly. The top bunk sheets smelled a little musty. There were additional sheets provided so easy fix. The only thing I would suggest is for the host to provide a full length mirror in one of the rooms.

Had 6 stay (4 were kids). Kids loved the games and the bunkbed layouts. Wife and I could stay in our own room and get quiet. Nice the kitchen and living room are on another level too. Kitchen spacious and big eating table. Lots of TVs too lol

My family of 5 had a great time here. Loved the air hockey table time with the kids. Cute, comfortable and clean cabin so close to town. Thank you!

We took a long weekend trip and this cabin was perfect! The bunk queen beds gave our family plenty of room to spread out - extremely clean - felt very safe - and had absolutely no concerns. Close proximity to everything and wasn’t high up in a mountain but had a wonderful view. We will for sure stay here again.

Cute and cozy cabin located minutes from Dollywood and other attractions. Lower level filled with arcade games which was a big hit with the kids! We would definitely stay here again!

We loved this cabin! It was very clean, close to Dollywood (a plus for us since we went every day), close to the main strip for food, easy and quick communication with owner, plenty of towels, toilet paper, dishes etc. I would definitely stay again.
