Great place-I have stayed there multiple times. Casita is perfect for extended family’s and is dog friendly-love it!

Unit was clean and orderly as advertised. We mistakenly thought it had access to a washer/dryer but that is not the case which is needed over more than a few days of staying or skiing. There were also no window coverings like shades in the kitchen or living room sliding glass doors which allow for some privacy at night. The vertical blinds upstairs on the sliding glass doors were also in poor shape and several vertical blinds were missing. Also, the snow was not removed from the back deck which allows access to the casita. So we had to shovel snow on arrival. I would think that should have been done. There is also no dining room table.

Nice cabin although a little smaller than I thought it would be. Plenty of sleeping space in 4 bedrooms but no dining table as there is no room for one. In warmer weather you can sit at the table on the balcony but it was snowing when we were there. The only real complaint is the driveway is at a weird angle and a little steep and in the big van I was driving it was kinda nerve racking dealing with it. If I owned it I would definitely look at building a more easily accessible one especially in the snow. I would stay there again but I would probably look at others with easier access first.

We enjoyed staying here. The master bedroom is huge and has a sliding door to go outside. The fireplace was nice to keep warm and the Bearcita suite was a really nice addition.

My family and I spent our 3 day weekend here, and we had an amazing time! The cabin was cozy and the location was perfect. The kitchen was fully equipped, so we were able to cook all our meals with no problem. Our guest contact was very kind & hospitable and was able to assist us right away with just a phone call and text away. We may be back next year!

My fiancé and I were looking for a relaxed getaway in Big Bear. We typically bring our dogs on trips so we wanted to stay at a cabin that could accommodate dogs to scope out for future stays with them - a lot of cabins say dog friendly but don’t actually have their own large dog runs and I’m not a fan of community dog areas. On the drive in I knew it was going to be the best spot we’ve stayed in Big Bear yet - the cabin is situated on a hill which overlooks the massive pines and majestic mountains. Walking in you’re greeted by a pre-warmed cozy living room. Two comfortable couches, a small coffee table, fireplace and TV with Netflix. Adjacent to living room is the kitchen and my absolute favorite amenity - the Nespresso. Instead of some dinky coffee maker like most cabins, the owners invested in a fabulous coffee machine which has the capability of making warm frothy lattes - Heaven!! Two lovely upstairs bedrooms (which we didn’t use) and the master bedroom downstairs. The master has a sliding door which lets out to the balcony/deck. Or just open the blinds for a beautiful view from bed. I’ll say the main gems of this place are : 1: The views. Take your latte out to the balcony where you witness nature in all its glory. We saw an owl! 2: The walk in shower has its own heater. Pop that baby on about five minutes before you’re ready to shower and I promise you’ll be planning to install one in your own home. 3: Fenced dog run and gated area by the front door. Dogs can go from the run to the front door and back. 4: The service. We had a few questions and the owner was extremely responsive and got back to us right away. The cabin was incredibly clean. The furniture despite being dog friendly was very nice and new and the decorations made it magically *Big Bear* I had a really hard time not stealing the lamp in the living room (Beautiful hand made lampshade with various wildlife drawings - stunning!!) It was the little details and cleanliness that really sold this place. I was so relieved to stay in a nice cabin because they can be really hit or miss in Big Bear. I likely will not be staying anywhere else on my next trips.

Whether you are looking for a couples getaway or a family destination this cabin is perfect for you. Very romantic yet large enough for the whole family, including your pets. Stunning balcony with a gorgeous mountain view perfect for star gazing. The whole experience from check in to check out was simple and smooth. Trust me... you won't regret this hidden Big Bear gem.

Great stay! Went up with family (including my dog) and had a great time! Had a large dog bed/pad and a dog bowl (one less thing you need to bring), a telescope, a big deck and a bonus suite downstairs with everything you need! Master suite and bathroom are HUGE with sliding glass doors leading out to the deck with great views of the mountains!Perfect size for a family in a quet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Last minute trip that totally hit it out of the park. The place was great perfect mix of quiet and relaxing, but still close to town for dinner and activities for the kids. There was so much space with the 3 bedrooms and the place was impeccable clean with lots games and TV's that made the evenings so much fun. I would recommend this place for anyone any time of year.
