Guests will have full access to the home other than a few small supply closets and the garage.

Other things to note
Winter travel: From November–March, 4WD/AWD with all-terrain tires or snow chains for 2WD vehicles may be required due to icy roads.

Seasonal amenities: Patio furniture and BBQ are stored November–April, but the hot tub is available year-round.

No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. A $150 fine applies for violations.

Pets are not allowed.

Local bookings are not accepted and will be canceled.

No parties or events allowed.

No outdoor fires (county regulation). Charcoal grills are prohibited and subject to a $1,500 county fine.

Security: Exterior camera above garage door (records video/audio).

Quiet hours are 9 PM – 8 AM.

Host is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
