Firefly Haven is a private cabin located in the Timberwinds community in Townsend. It is just minutes from the national park as well as many other attractions. The cabin offers 3 separate sleeping areas including 2 master suites with king sized beds and a loft with 2 twin beds and 1 queen bed. Outside on the patio you can watch your favorite movies on our projector screen while soaking in the hot tub.

Stayed Nov 19, 2025We enjoyed staying here. My 1 year old and 4 year old liked the bunk bed and it was nice having a room for us parents on the same floor. The beds were comfy, and the view during winter was nice!

Stayed Aug 29, 2025Cabin is beautiful but very steep driveway that requires four wheel drive and AC and hot tub weren’t working when we arrived. TVs and smaller appliances either not working or not connected/plugged in. Owner did get the AC fixed after our first night there.

Stayed Jun 8, 2025The cabin was great, very clean. The projector screen needs surround sound or better speakers. When the jets are on you can't hear the volume. Also, the hot tub never got hot enough while we were there. I believe they turn it down when no one is renting it and it takes days to get to set temp. Our rooms were nice and linens were clean. We had a very enjoyable trip. Also it was so nice to be able to bring our fur baby.

Stayed Mar 21, 2025We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The cabin is about 50 minutes to Gatlinburg and about 30 minutes to Pigeon Forge, depending on traffic. Note that the driveway is very steep!! It rained one morning and it was not fun getting up the driveway, we have a midsize AWD SUV. The teenagers really enjoyed the hot tub with the projector. It was a bonus being able to bring our dog here! The area is very peaceful and quiet. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Stayed Mar 17, 2025We had some issues with the hot tub not being hot. The theatre set up can’t be seen unless it’s completely dark and if the hot tub is running you can’t hear the sound anyway. I do appreciate the quick responses to try to fix any issues.

Stayed Feb 13, 2025My husband and I enjoyed a few days in this lovely cabin. We ALWAYS appreciate properties that allow us to bring our dog. Our visiting family enjoyed the large dining table space to play games, jacuzzi, air hockey, and the peacefulness of the location. The steepness of the driveway would require AWD or 4W drive due to snow. Matthew, the host was prompt in responding to questions.

Stayed Jan 8, 2025We loved staying at the cabin. Very nice and clean. The host was very responsive. The only issue we had is the roads going up to the cabin and the driveway are steep. It snowed and we were not able to get back up the driveway even in a 4 wheel drive.
