Stayed Jan 13, 2023We had a great time in Big Bear at this location with our family and my brother's family. Cozy and comfortable place to stay with room for everyone. The only issue we had was with the internet and subsequently the TV which only had streaming services as the internet would cut out every 30min which made it difficult to work online and watch TV. We also found some dirty towels and sheets in the closet when we arrived and the the bathtub wouldn't hold water so we couldn't give our son a bath. Other than those things, the place was great and the owner said she would look into fixing them.

Stayed Jun 19, 2022House was very well equipped. Would have been nice to have satellite/cable for the TV but we went 1 week with no TV. All items were provided in the kitchen and baths. Kim the owner was very helpful. Would stay again if ever in the area.
