The host has struck a perfect balance between home/hotel. Rather than a commercial place to just sleep, it was cozy and inviting enough to be it's own destination. Instead of cluttered/dingy like crashing at a friend's house, it was clean and new, with space for everything we brought. The little details- soap dispensers filled to the top, heavy, high-quality blankets, working games with all the pieces, brand-new sponge in the sink- made it feel like our own space.There were freshly-laundered covers on the sofas (no sitting on someone else's sweat stain) and everything was clean and in good repair, so even a neat-freak like me could relax. Things were easy to find, and it seemed like whatever we needed it was already there- small appliances/cookware to make full meals, soap for the washer/dishwasher, extra towels, etc. The decor is homey without being tacky, and nothing looks like it was picked up from a curb. It's all thoughtful and arranged to be aesthetic and convenient. The instructions were clear and easy- enough that we didn't have to search for information, but not so much we felt shouted at, or that it took away from the home-like vibe. It was quiet but not too remote. We explored a lot of the nearby activities (there are tons of things to do), but had a great time just hanging out in the house and yard too. We had adult/ teen/kid/preschooler- all ages loved it. We will probably visit again!

Location was great, building was clean and lovely. The woods were very tall and beautiful, and it's about 30-40 minutes to Gatlinburg but without any of the traffic and headache that comes with it. I wouldn't come expecting lots of fine dining and shops around, but if you're looking to get away from everything it's a perfect spot.

We had a fantastic time at this cabin! The kids were obsessed with the game room - it gave them hours of fun, which meant the adults could actually unwind. The hot tub was such a treat in the evening. The property felt like a private escape tucked away in nature. Everything was spotless, well-equipped, and just like the listing said. We had literally everything we could possible think of. We’ll definitely come back!

This cabin has it all. Everything you need for a nice get away to relax. They have you covered. Nice to have things kids can do and the adults can relax at the same time. Did I mention it was SPOTLESS!!!

This cabin is truly secluded and private. Plenty of room for our extended family The game room in the basement is great for the kids! Spending time in the hot tub and around the outdoor fire was enjoyed by all. We would highly recommend!WeSuperSuper

We came for a week with 3 teenage girls. The cabin was better then listed and we booked it based on what was listed. Every other cabin we have booked leaves you only with enough supplies to get settled in the first night. Not this cabin, plenty of TP, spices, paper plates, garbage bags etc…they even had beach towels to use for the hot tub. Alexa’s in the bathroom and kitchen played a variety of tunes depending on who was listening the teens or us old folks.
