3 minutes from State Marina Private Hot Tub! Playground!

Much better than we expected. Really comfortable. I wish we had stayed another day or two. Kids loved the playground. The place was clean and had everything you needed for a fun stay.

Grandmas house was the BEST! So much room for my family of 20. 11 adults and 9 kids. Kids LOVED the “park” and adults loved the room the house had. And what a view! House was clean and even better than what it looked like online. We loved our stay and will be back!

This house was so great! It’s definitely Grandma’s house! It’s very well stocked and inviting just like Grandma’s! We came for a family reunion and we hosted the entire family of 50 people for dinner. There is tons of outdoor seating, the yard is so fun for the kids to play in, we used the fire pit every night, and there was room for our corn hole tournament.

Amazing. We had a great time at the cabin. It had the best view, plenty of sleeping arrangements, we had everything we needed, there were so many things for the kids to do and we loved that many were outdoors, the hosts were awesome and so responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely stay here again.

This location has a beautiful view from the balcony. Plenty of room for the grandkids to play on property and plenty of parking. We had a great time for a family.

Everything was exactly as advertised. It is obvious that the owners also use the cabin. A great advantage over the commercial properties at Bear Lake.

My siblings & I have an annual get together every year in October & this by far has been our favorite home we have stayed at! The views were amazing, the home was super clean & beautiful, the playground entertained the kids for hours, the hotub on the patio was awesome, especially for late night or early morning relaxation. This home was just so enjoyable & I highly recommend a stay at Grandma’s Lakehouse!

First, the hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Easy check in. Well described and the room layout images were very helpful.

We liked everything about the house except a few things. Great view, comfortable seating, lots of kids books and toys outside. It was pretty clean. Unfortunately there was no soap or shampoo in the showers. The hand soap at the sinks was watered down. And there was no laundry detergent. The air conditioning worked especially well in the basement, not quite as well on the top floor. However, the weather was cool enough to open the windows at night. Beach towels were supposed to be supplied but were not where they were supposed to be and there were only a few. We didn't really use the kitchen. There was only one replacement garbage sack that we found.

We returned to this property for a second summer and it was perfect again! We love it here!!! The view of the lake is amazing and it’s only a short drive to lots of beaches. The kids loved playing on the playground and hot tub. All age groups had a great time and there was plenty of room to spread out. We would love to come back again.

Such a great house! Everyone commented on how nice it is. Super well stocked, lots of beach towels and blankets, etc. Having 2 fridges is amazingly helpful. If anything the house is nicer than the listing indicates.
