Stayed Jun 18, 2025Excellent property. Very comfortable and spacious. TVs worked perfectly and had excellent streaming options. Great location for accessing the Lower Mountain fork River for fly fishing.

Stayed Dec 21, 2025Decorated very well for Christmas .. kitchen fully stocked with anything you could ever need , and we used all of it !! Trouble with the hot tub first day, owners were quick to get it on the right setting, and no other issues .. very very homey and plenty of room for the largest family . We had 12 people at one time and it was crowded but still comfortable . Plenty of extra bedding and pillows .

Stayed Nov 23, 2022Was comfortable & clean. The kitchen was big & well stocked for cooking. Was surprised though that there was not a garbage disposal. There was also a minor hot water supply issue. Loved the backyard setup; were able to sit out and enjoy even when it was raining.
