Stayed Aug 1, 2025By the photos and description I thought it was going to be a quiet, quaint resort with cabins. It was an RV park with more than 25 large RVs. The cabins were directly across from all the RVs. We certainly didn’t feel like we were in the country at a cabin. The owners were nice but would benefit in truth when advertising. Known of the photos nor description on the site stated any of this. If I wanted to stay at an RV park, I would’ve looked for that. We were disappointed. We left a day early

Stayed Sep 15, 2024We stayed 5 nights in mid-September and had a fabulous time. The cabin was VERY clean and the location on the lake was great. We caught SO MANY fish off the docks! Our host(s) were very friendly and helpful, and the lake is beautiful. This was a relaxing and fun get-away. Highly recommend.

Stayed Sep 13, 2024We had a short but great time at the cabin. The Mangagment was extremely kind with us even after my dog was barking the entire afternoon. Calling us and very considerate to us. I would enjoy staying again at this cabin. Thanks hank you Shelly for everything and understanding.

Stayed May 29, 2023Excellent location in the Birchwood area and on the lake. Small older resort cabin, well maintained, and very clean inside and out. Very nicely decorated and supplied well with useable, essential items. Rick and Shelly were wonderful hosts. My wife was extremely excited about the cleanliness. Boat launch and dock slip worked great for our pontoon. Just a wonderful stay. A return trip is in the future. Thanks!
