Stayed Jul 3, 2025This rental is clean inside and is a great location. The listing for the rental says it has Air conditioning. It does not have AC. There is a window AC unit located in the upstairs bedroom on the floor. It is not installed nor is there a window in which it could be installed as the windows are vertical opening not horizontal. The days were very hot thus the house was extremely warm and uncomfortable for sleeping. There is a grill at the home that appears to be in very bad repair. The handle is broken and it looks like it hasn’t been used in several years. So if you plan to grill while there you may need to bring your own grill. The renter did allow us to have 2 extra people to which we brought our own air mattress, bedding and extra towels. There is only 4 chairs at the dining table and at the outdoor table. The listing says it accommodates 8 people. So the chairs were 4 short inside and out. This was not an issue for us as we brought chairs of our. Again the home was very clean, plenty of space, good location, no issues with neighbors. Another note was the bathroom has a small window which is located up higher however there is no window cover. It is not likely that the neighbor behind can see into the bathroom but it was a bit uncomfortable with out a shade. The back neighbor does appear to be at a higher level and may be able to see in that window but I don’t know that to be the case. Comparing the outside of the home with neighboring properties, the outside of the home could use some cleaning and updates. The yard still had the dead leaves from the fall and cobwebs on the siding and on the deck. The deck could use cleaning. The metal chairs could use cushions as they are very uncomfortable.

Stayed Jun 28, 2025We needed a place to stay for a family get together. Only two of us stayed at the house and were only there at night but it was very clean and convenient.
