House was very clean, the hot tub was awesome. The area, if you are looking for scenic and nice scenery to look at while in the hot tub or sitting on the porch this is not your spot. If you’re looking for a little cozy place that is very clean and affordable, this is your spot. I would suggest the owners replace the broken recliner and uncomfortable couch. There are of places to eat in the area. Close to attractions but far enough away too. Just depends on what you are looking for.

We were in town for a volleyball tournament and this was a perfect location.

The cabin was clean and comfortable without any clutter of past guests or unnecessary decorations. And the hosts were great at remedying the door lock battery dying quickly. We were only there for a couple of days and did not want to spend extra time waiting for someone to change the batteries and were not comfortable leaving the cabin unlocked.The spa and games were a great addition, and was why we rented this cabin. It was nice to unwind after enjoying the Smokies and Dollywood. We really only used the bathrooms, beds, spa and video games. But there seemed to be plenty of cooking utensils for cooking and grilling (we did not do as we ate out and kept our beverages at the breakfast bar/kictchen counter). The cabin does have a kurig, and had a few pods for the coffee machine, but bring needed spices if you do plan to cook and enough toiletries for both bathrooms and more coffee pods if you drink coffee. The area the cabin is in looks to have been a resort in its previous life, so the community the cabin is in has been let to kind of go back to nature with a lot of the cabins in the community up for sale. The natural overgrowth tho, was part of the charm for us. I enjoyed hearing the frogs and other wildlife while soaking in the spa and we got to feel more isolated than we really were for being in a tourist town.

The front porch, hot tub, and arcade were awesome! Perfect place to stay for proximity to all the adventures Sevierville and Pigeon Forge have to offer while still being a peaceful retreat.

We had an excellent and peaceful stay at the cabin! The location was close to everything, but secluded enough that you couldn’t hear or see town. The hosts were quick to respond and checking in and out was a breeze. Thank you Jeremy and Janie!

Outstanding location. The cabin is cozy and relaxing. We all enjoyed the game room. The owners were very quick with communication. We highly recommend for families with kids with have activities nearby.

There was no futon for an extra sleeping option. The cabin was dark and the cabin is old.

This is a great property. Feels secluded but close to everything. The cabin was clean and well kept. We had a little snafu with the door code but the owner was very responsive and it was worked out in minutes. Would definitely recommend this property

Very cozy little cabin! It was super clean. We truly enjoyed our stay & plan to come back.

Our family arrived on 11/24/2025 upon arrival we were greeted by the housekeeper, who was more than happy to let us know that she would never have rented this house or any house in this area because their all over priced, and to watch out for Black Bears because they had just recently ripped the door handle off of her car . As we entered the cabin, with our children one of the bedrooms had a strong odor of THC. Our beds were extremely hard and the Quilts and Sheets were paper thin . The loft only had a 1 cot thrown their and their was No yard ! It was very clear that none of the money made off of this rental was ever put back into keeping it up and desirable for renters to want to return . The host of this property never once reached out to Welcome Us of to ask if we needed anything throughout our stay. The cabin was also in a run down abandoned development which had been vandalized. We will definitely not be returning back for the safety of our children and ourselves.

It was nice. It definitely could have used more supplies we only had 2 small trash bags. Other than that it was very nice specially for the price we paid.

Location was great and communication was wonderful. My son got hurt a few days before our trip and they worked with us to change our dates with no upcharge. However I did find some stuff left from previous guest though
