Stayed Feb 25, 2022Very cozy cabin with comfortable chairs and beds and a very good kitchen and living space. Decor and furnishings just right for a low key ski weekend. Heating was just right for cold nights -in the teens! View of Donner lake and the surrounding mountains was spectacular.

Stayed Nov 24, 2020The cabin is lovely and homey. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner there and two households with teens did fine. Internet was good, showers were hot and everything worked great. The views were phenomenal. The only reason it gets a 4 for location is that there is no lake access. There is a chain-link fence with barbed wire right off the deck. Very unfriendly feeling. It would not be a place for summer. But it was the perfect cozy winter getaway and we would go again. Very easy check in and check out.
