Stayed in the cottage for two nights so we could explore Hot Springs National Park. The cottage was cozy and comfortable, nice views and located not too far from food/shopping. It was a very quiet neighborhood. Would recommend!

I absolutely loved this place!! Just far enough out of town to feel secluded but close enough to everything you might need with a little view of Lake Catherine. The cabin was very clean and very well stocked from everything from lighter fluid for the fire pit to an extra blowup mattress and even an excellent little dvd collection! We will most definitely be back!

This is a very tranquil relaxing place and very clean we stayed 4 nights and i went bare foot whole time inside and my feet did not get dirty! I would recommend anyone to stay here and Melanie was very helpful attentive and sweet. Plenty of space we had our standard poodle and he was extremely comfy and enjoyed the yard. It rained rained one day and it was so beautiful to watch from double doors in livingroom.

Great views, loved sunrises on porch and looking outside through the day in sun room. Real wood cabin feel throughout. We loved staying here and found it easy to keep our baby happy in the cozy atmosphere. This cabin is pet friendly so there were a few spare hairs I noticed when I was sitting on floor in my black leggings but not a horrible amount. Just worth considering if you have a pet dander allergy.

Ran into an issue of cleanliness at check in, and communicated that with the Host. She was fast with communication with this issue. A storm came through and we lost power, but the Host was in constant contact until the power came back on after about 10 hours. One safety issue I noticed is the front steps from the driveway are poorly lit, and makes packing/unpacking difficult. Also, where the outside garbage can is located, which isn't abnormal to be on the street, there is no clear safe path or steps to take out the trash. It is very dark and unlevel downhill walk to take out the trash.

Host was very kind and accommodating, the property itself was absolutely stunning! Everything was very clean and organized and the cabin was very cozy and welcoming! I wish we could've stayed longer but if we are ever back up that way, we will be sure to see if this location is available to stay in again!

This is our second time staying here. We really enjoy the quietness of the cabin and the views. Will definitely return again.

We arrived in the dark, so it was a struggle finding the right road/cabin. our host offered to walk over to assist. The cabin was comfy, and we woke to the most beautiful view!

Host call me around noon. Stated the house was ready and we could check in whenever we wanted to. This was a great help due to traveling almost 5 hours and had started early not knowing the traffic. So instead of having to kill time in Hot Springs we were able to go to the house.

This cabin is an absolute gem - easy to find with the instructions provided, the dog and I had a wonderful, relaxing stay. All of the furniture is comfortable, and we had everything we needed to relax and unwind wjth a gorgeous view. Everything was easy to access and locate. Only suggestion would be to repair the one section of steps down to the cabin that have been washed out.

Quiet clean comfortable

We had a wonderful time during our stay at the Knotty Cabin. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean and fresh everything was, and the charming decor gave the space a cozy feel. The detailed directions to the designated parking area were spot-on and made our arrival smooth and stress-free. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the couches were just as relaxing. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

We own our own business and live on-site. The only way to not work 24/7/365 is to leave! We chose the Hot Springs area because it was less than a 3-hour drive for us and we wanted to RELAX. We were very pleased with the cabin and the view. It is located in a very quiet area, you can see other residences but you feel secluded. Morning coffee on the deck with the sun coming up, birds chirping, and lake views was perfect. It's a cozy, comfy cabin perfect for a get-away like this!

My husband & I loved our mini vacation at this cute, rustic cabin. It was the perfect size for the two of us & the scenery was beautiful.

Way smaller than it looked, bedroom light never went off, steps down to the room were natural rock, me n my 76yr old mother in law fell at the property, she was hospitalized for 3days due to her injuries, including needing blood, this might have been a ok spot for a couple the walkway is very steep, n you had to park at the top of the hill.....no i didn't enjoy my stay, details of property should be disclosed, i never would have chose this particular property if i would have known about access

Bathroom toilet too short and in tight spot. Outdoor seating for people who want to smoke only. Couldn't open any windows to enjoy the beautiful weather. Road to cabin very narrow. Was close to everything we wanted to see. Owner was quick to answer text about directions. Television and WiFi had easy access and lots of programming to choose from. Older cabin so everything creaked

Came for a short stay with my 2 pups. It had a beautiful view of Lake Catherine and was small and cozy. My only complaint would be the dust and cobwebs. Could use a deep cleaning, but i would stay here again.

My little family of three stayed here for new years. We wanted to get away from the city and this is the perfect place for that. Its so peaceful and the cabin is so cute and comfy. It have everything you need. Would stay here again.

Overall this was a neat little cabin. Perfect for a small family or couple looking to escape for a few days. My husband and I are on kinda hefty so the bed was honestly uncomfortable. It’s a soft memory foam mattress. We prefer something harder that’s not so bad on the hips. But that is just a preference. Otherwise, it was well stocked and a great experience. I would definitely return if the mattress was more comfortable. Thank you for sharing your beautiful spot with us!

My partner and I enjoyed staying in this quaint little river cabin. Plenty of room for a couple of kids had we not left them at home. We love being out of town, but just 10 minutes from Hot Springs downtown. The host was very responsive to all of our needs.

The pictures don't do this place justice! It was so beautiful and peaceful there. We enjoyed waking up in the mornings, drinking our coffee on the porch and looking at the water and mountains. Melanie is so sweet and has great communication. Definitely a 10/10 experience for us and pur dogs!

My significant other and I really just needed to get away. This cabin was perfect. The price was reasonable, location was beautiful, and we were allowed to bring our small dog who really loved chasing her balls in the crunchy leaves. As a matter of fact, there’s probably some left behind. It was exceptionally quiet, and even though there are neighbors, we were able to keep to ourselves. The cabin is within a 10 minute drive to downtown which made getting places convenient. The view was also quite beautiful, And we often spent long hours on the deck. There is no washer and dryer. There is an air conditioner/heating vent located right where your feet go for the toilet, which can be quite brisk in the middle of the night; however, it was an exciting discovery and did not cause any issues whatsoever. We loved our stay and we would definitely be back.

Very rustic and peaceful location. Just the right size for two people. Came in at night so a little hard to find, but cabin was lit which helped. Beautiful views of Lake Catherine. Close to National Park and Forest for hiking and also close to biking trails for my husband.
