Very near to Little River Canyon which we like a lot. The cabin was private and the large property was great with goats, cows,(my wife said she saw horses?),rock formations, and a cool slide. I highly recommend Bear Creek Log Cabins.

The place was very clean. I expected the cabin to smell old since it was built in the 1800s but it didn’t. The place was well cared for. The sunrise views were amazing. Even though there are other cabins on the property, we were spread out enough that we had plenty of privacy. Thank you Randy and Sandy for sharing your property with us!

Close enough to town (Fort Payne) yes far enough away it's quiet and relaxing. Found some quaint shops in town as well an awesome (gas station) cafe` close to Little River Canyon. Would definitely return for another long weekend.

PROS; Clean, quiet, sunrise over the pasture with cows, and the goats. CONS: you can see owners house from the porch swing and hot tub. Not secluded( if thats your preference). No closets or dresser for unpacking bags. Would have been helpful to have a book or something with directions to Bear creek and also things to do in the area
