Everything was great! The host was very helpful!

The home was nice! Everything was as pictured and clean. Somebody came by to offer towels or anything that we needed and left a card. That was nice.The parking was a little confusing as I couldn’t see how 3 cars could fit (maybe someone from another house was in our spot). Nice appliances- however, the buttons to turn on the oven stick, so press hard and I recommend replacing the toaster as we couldn’t get the bread out without unplugging it. The kids loved the pool! Great for the unexpected “wintery weekend”. Close to everything! Overall, great stay!

Nice quaint cabin close to everything Yet out of the way from all the hubbub! We enjoyed the stay and our host was very attentive for the couple of questions we had. Will stay here again.

My weekend getaway for my daughter’s 12th birthday just wasn’t long enough. Of course there are some things that can be simply adjusted, but overall this is the perfect location.

During our stay, we contacted the host several times. On the positive side, the broken toaster and can opener were replaced and a maintenance person did come to check the toilets that were running after flushing. The decision was made to postpone replacing the broken internal tank components in all 5 bathrooms since it would take a lot of time and interfere with our stay. Additionally standing water in the sink required more plumbing work and we did not want to deal with having a stranger in the house while we toured the area. The hot tub was set at 78 degrees when we arrived and a pool worker came and corrected the temperature right away.On the negative side, the property has not been well maintained, The dishwasher did not work properly. It would shut off mid cycle and not clean the dishes. There were chipped glasses, cups and pots and pans that were in bad condition. The water in the hot tub is not level because the weight of it on the porch is causing the deck to sink. This appears to be a structural problem. There was a large nail sticking up from the steps on the deck. The doorknob handle fell off one of the bathroom doors and the faucet in the one bathroom is coming off of the shower wall. I asked the host for some compensation for these problems but his response was basically sorry but no one else complained about these things in the past. In other words, we must have done something wrong. See photos.

The cabin was clean, well maintained and cozy. It had the perfect amount of room for our group. The location was close to the strip. The entrance to the community is a little steep but not bad. The host communicated with us in a very timely manner.

This house was so cute and clean and in a perfect location, just a few minutes from the heart of Pigeon Forge and yet still in a scenic spot in the mountains. The pool was so fun for my little kids and gave them something to do in the evenings after being out all day. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved the cabin! Very clean, beds were comfortable and the location was spot on. The indoor pool was wonderful. Check in/out process was easy. The property owner was available to answer any questions. We definitely would stay here again.

Everything was clean and well-maintained, and you can tell the hosts put a lot of care into making it a welcoming space. It was not only a relaxing place to stay but also a fun one—perfect for our getaway. We'd definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

It was nice and clean, except they forgot to leave dishwasher pods. Thankfully we didn’t use too many dishes so we just hand washed them. The bed could use a new box spring and/or frame, as the master bedroom downstairs bed was very noisy. The smell of chlorine does permeate the main floor of the house since the bottom floor where the pool is is only blocked off by a half gate at the top of the stairs. The house and area overall was nice and it was quiet. The pool was relaxing and enjoyable, even if it did cool off a bit by the second day of our trip. On the whole, it was a very enjoyable stay.

The property is beautiful and perfectly clean. The games were a great bonus, we had a lot of fun.

Great! Kitchen had coffee maker and a crock pot! Clean and great location! Only two downsides: terribly noisy box springs (every SINGLE move), and pool was not very warm at all. Host was very responsive, and quick about all questions that needed addressed. Would definitely book again!

The location and size of cabin was awesome. We could not figure out how to heat the pool.The Hot tub needed a good cleaning.

It was a great property for my family close to downtown. My kids really enjoyed having the pool downstairs.

My family spent a long weekend enjoying a special trip for my 7-year old to visit the Titanic Museum. We were so lucky to rent this property for our stay.The house is close to everything which made life easy. Food, activities, shopping -- all close at hand. The house was incredibly clean and well maintained. The hosts were fantastic with communication and making the whole rental process easy. Everything was smooth and simple and they checked in appropriately to make sure we were doing well.There are four excellent bedrooms with individual amenities as well as four full bathrooms in the house. We had no problem with wi-fi or using the technology in the house. It made it easy to go explore during the day and tuck ourselves in to hang out for the evenings.There are fun arcade games to play as well as both a small indoor pool and outdoor hot tub. We could not even try everything out in the time we were there.My family highly recommends giving this great property a chance next time you are headed to that part of Tennessee.

It was a nice place to stay. The layout was weird with the bathrooms separately from the bedrooms. The rooms have no closet space which is a little awkward. And not much room to sit together in the family area. n the

The house was beautiful and located close to everything! We really enjoyed ourselves.

Cabin was clean and very convenient to parkway. The owner was very kind and responsive. He even reached out to the utility department when we experienced a power outage which was certainly out of his control but kept us updated and checked to make sure our power was back on.

This is the 2nd year we have stayed at this property and overall it was good. We had a housekeeping issue and the pool was not functional (the water was way too cold for even the children to swim). The host was responsive and I would recommend this property.

Cabin was conveniently located to attractions in pigeon forge and the kids lived the heated indoor pool!

We chose the Osprey Cabin because of the excellent reviews, great bedroom layout for our family and the indoor pool. The neighborhood where the house is located is beautiful, filled with all new homes. The area that you drive thru to get there is not as nice, the turn off for the road is poorly lit and it’s a bit difficult to navigate the steep drive. The pool area is really cute and my kids had fun playing in there for short bursts of time but the water wasn’t warm enough for them. Overall we enjoyed our stay, the house was clean and we would stay again at an off peak time.

This cabin was most appealing to our family because of the indoor pool and the number of bathrooms to bedroom ratio. The kids loved the pool. The proximity to everything was super close. The beds were very comfy with nice linens. Parking was easy. Host was very friendly and responsive although we didn’t need him for anything. We had people from ages 2-63 and zero complaints! Would return to this cabin and recommend to everyone! Thanks for a great place to stay!

My friends and I had an excellent stay here. The cabin is amazing, the neighborhood was peaceful, and it was in a great location. When I come back to the area, I hope to stay here again!

We stayed for 5 nights at this cabin and it worked out great for my husband, myself, our kids and our brother and sister in law. Plenty of room for all of us, working tvs in every bedroom, comfy beds and clean sheets! House was clean and in a great location if you are looking to do some fun things in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The pool was not heated for the first half of our trip; however, this was not the owners fault and he was very quick about getting it fixed for us so that the kids could enjoy it for the last couple of days! It was very easy to communicate with the host, he always got back to me.in a timely matter and even gave us some.ideas of where to take the kids for fun. We had a great time and recommend this cabin to anyone looking near Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge.

Had a great stay. Everything was as advertised. Only minor complaint was pool water felt cold but it was 83 degrees. I think that is the nature of indoor pools.
