Stayed Jun 18, 2026I thought the property was awesome. Plenty of places to sleep. Sauna was huge plus; used it every day. The pond is not for fishing or swimming. There isn’t a good place to grill or have everyone outside. The gun cabin is a steep hill and should be noted as difficult to go up and down. If you’re old you’ll need to drive down to main house. The house was very musty smelling. Noticed they had a dehumidifier out but nothing was said to me about it prior. Game room - common area is carpet which isn’t ideal. Great location but you wouldn’t want to drive up the gravel hill in a sedan. Casino, golf, hiking, trout ponds, etc all close drive. Heywood BBQ was incredible 25 min away. Stayed May 21, 2026Lots of space. Enjoyed the game room area a ton. It’s out of the way but really not that far from Cherokee and really close to the golf course.

Stayed May 2, 2025Spacious and accommodating for large family gatherings. Beautiful area. The owner kept in touch with any issues and was available to communicate with. Plenty to do at the main house or the cabin. Highly recommend

Stayed Jul 20, 2024Our family of 30 people of all ages really enjoyed our stay. There are 11 bedrooms which worked out great. The kids loved the two gigantic game rooms with pool table, ping pong table, poker and large screen TV’s. The property is located high up a mountain so you have lots of privacy. The property is rustic but is a good bargain for so many people.

Stayed Jul 3, 2024Brian & Sarah described the house exactly as it was. They were very helpful in giving accurate directions to the house. As well as to the local area. Once we arrived they were able to answer any questions that came up. The 2 houses were clean and the property well kept. What surprised me was the small mountain streams on each side of the house. Where you could sit outside and enjoy the sound of the water and wildlife.Everyone enjoyed their stay there. We had a large family there and we didn’t feel as though we were on top of one another. Very spacious house. The scenery is gorgeous in that area. And the Cherokee Reservation is just a short 30 minute drive away. Gatlinburg is about an hour and a half drive over the mountain range from there. Lots of wildlife to see on that drive.

Stayed Jun 11, 2024This rental was very old and dirty. The outside coming in was a dead bird in front of the door the porch was very dirty. The inside was outdated and in need of a remodel. The cost to rent this was excessive for what we received.
