Whether you’re in the hot tub under the stars, unwinding in the barrel sauna, or enjoying morning coffee by one of the cozy fireplaces, this cabin is all about relaxation and bonding. Featuring a game room, indoor & outdoor fireplaces + 4 fire pits, and a private stocked mountain lake. Experience the day with paddle boards, canoes, a paddleboat, lily pad and a swim dock or relaxon the pondside patio. Perfect for families or groups seeking peaceful mountain luxury—like summer camp for all ages!

The property includes a large spring fed pond where only our guests have access. Just minutes from Lake Blue Ridge, Historic Downtown, and the Aska Adventure Area. You may never want to leave the property—but if you do, local festivals, apple orchards, spas, breweries, vineyards, hiking trails, and more are all within a 10–30 minute drive.

• Main Fire Pit – Adirondack chairs and firewood provided
• The Biergarten – with hot tub, fire bowl, barrel tables, and a hand painted mural photo spot
• Pondside Meadow – following the trail across to the far side of the pond for a picnic and yet another fire pit

Bring your boat! We have a pull-around area for trailers, and Blue Ridge Lake’s Morganton Pointe Beach is just 15 minutes away with swimming, boat access, and picnic spots.

***FULL DESCRIPTION:
The main living area has a 14-foot stone gas log fireplace where kids love to snuggle up on the bear rug, and we wrap in our blankets to watch movies. There’s a fireplace timer for safety & convenience.

The cozy sectional sofa area has plenty of seating surrounding the 85” Smart TV including a high top live-edge table with stools and a separate wood carved high-top table & 4 chairs. Plenty of room for all to enjoy a movie, football, or a competitive family game night. Sonos WiFi/Bluetooth speaker for your favorite tunes.

As you step up into the dining area you’ll notice a one-of-a-kind tree stump table with comfortable seating for 10 or pull up a few chairs to squeeze in more.

The newly remodeled kitchen is fully stocked with large gatherings in mind. If you’re seeking something specific, let us know we might already have it. The kitchen exits to a cozy outdoor patio with a fireplace and outdoor kitchen including with a gas grill, Traeger Smoker (pellets included), and a flat-top Black Stone that’s great for outdoor breakfast or smash burgers. We enjoy a lot of fall football and cornhole here. We’ve also had a couples getaway with movies and wine. There is lots to do throughout the property.

For your downtime and sleeping needs, the three king beds have Nectar mattresses, and the queen + twin room has new Helix mattresses. HD Smart TVs throughout with DirecTV Stream and more.

The Main floor king bedroom includes wooden furniture including an Aspen log bedframe as well as a desk/vanity. There’s a bathroom with a River Rock shower setting.

Main floor also includes an office with a desk/chair/monitor and barn door, as well as a Queen sofa bed with memory foam mattress.

Upstairs is a Master King Suite with a large bathroom and coffee/wine bar. A sitting area with a twin day bed that opens to a private balcony. *Master gas fireplace is winterized during summer.

In the upstairs landing is a large full bathroom tub/shower shared between the 3rd King Bedroom (Hickory log bedframe) and 4th Bedroom (Queen & Twin beds).

Downstairs/Basement offers plenty of entertainment, including a Pool/Ping Pong Table, Golden Tee Golf + Bowling arcade game, dart board, golf putting mat, and a tequila barrel card table for game nights. There is a vinyl record player and Sonos WiFi speaker compatible with Apple Airplay (no Bluetooth connectivity).

The basement has the 2nd sofa bed, with a queen memory foam mattress. A full bathroom tub/shower + vanity. There are two pairs of washer/dryers in the laundry room.

You can exit the basement to the “biergarten” with a flagstone pathway to a 6 person Jacuzzi hot tub. Imagine sitting in a hot tub while snowflakes fall, truly is tranquility.

Overlooking the pond is our pondside patio sitting atop boulders that curves along the water’s edge, where we enjoy morning coffee, stargazing, listening to the sounds of nature, and if you bring a fishing pole, you may be lucky enough to reel in a few of our stocked largemouth bass (catch & release please).

With paddle boards, canoes, a kayak, and a paddleboat at your fingertips, every day feels like summer camp (for grown-ups and kids alike!). There are life jackets provided in the laundry room for pond activities. Please do not allow children by the pond unattended.

Guest access:
The whole property is available to you. Please don't attempt to access the unfinished storage closets in the basement.

We offer grocery delivery service for your arrival day - arrive to a fully stocked kitchen after a day of travel! Ask us for details and pricing.

There's additional small water/creek areas on the property which are nice to explore but not recommended for children to explore without an adult.

There are security cameras on the exterior of the property. The driveway camera is on the side of the house for security & back patio chimney camera focused on the storage barn.
