Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Minutes away from White River boat launch. Kayaks were included with the rental. Everything we needed was provided. It was away from everything but a 5-10 minute drive to shopping. Definitely plan on returning.

Host were super helpful and kind! Showed us around there farm and made us feel at home! Super cute cabin, has everything you need. Very clean, quiet and beautiful property! 10/10 amazing place!!

This was my first ever VRBO rental and the process was easy, the property was as pictured and described and the host was great! I will be back!!!!

Clean and as described. Very quiet place close to town. Only upgrade I could suggest is a screen door or windows that open so one could enjoy the country air.

Anita and Tim are the best, most gracious bnb hosts I’ve ever had, and trust me, I have rented plenty of bnb’s! If you have any hesitation to stay here with it being a guest house, DON’T - it is very much private and they’ll engage with you as much or as little as you’d like. Anita went out of her way to ensure I could surprise my partner for his 40th birthday by going to a local bakery and grabbing him a couple of his favorite cakes and blowing up balloons AND hanging a happy birthday banner for me, all while he and I and her husband were out on the river fishing. Tim was an awesome (and hilarious) guide on an incredible fishing trip up the white river too. I highly recommend this cabin and these hosts. 10 out of 10 stars. I will be back again!

Great hosts! So friendly and exactly what we needed while we moved to town. It was cute, warm on the cold night and our pets loved the yard! Thank you! We will keep you in mind for family coming up to visit. The cutest little place ever.

Mr. and Mrs. Karr were very pleasant! They welcomed us as soon as we got there. The property is beautiful and the cabin is the cutest. It was very comfortable, clean and well maintained. We will definitely be visiting the Karr’s again.

Very beautiful and peaceful location to just unplug for a while and they the offer several fun activities as well. Host are friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. We will definitely be coming back again

Amazing stay!

We went on adventures during the day and just needed a place to safely and comfortably sleep. This was perfect for that!

Cozy, clean, warm, this place is a little gem for those who want to spend quality time doing something humans rarely do:Speaking without distraction from the heart. And the host is amazing.

The place was very nice it met all our needs. Our only complaint was that there was no hot water we didn't find out till we went to shower that morning. We did have a little trouble finding the place.

Hosts were extremely friendly and great communication. The place was clean and a cut above. So peaceful and unique. Close to Mountain Home and Cotter. If you have the time you got to check out the historic town of Cotter. We will be regular visitors. Thanks again for making our stay so wonderful.

This little cabin was nice and peaceful. Not far out of town, but far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet. We enjoyed our stay and will return to stay again. We met the owner, she was a pleasure to speak with! Thanks for a wonderful stay!!
