Great place to stay

We had a great stay, nice property, communication was easy. Listing should be updated to reflect property name (which was kinda confusing) and to communicate no outdoor fire. We had a fantastic time and loved the property, clean comfortable beds and furniture. Thank you !

Hands down the best spot we have stayed at yet. We go to Massanutten every year and this place was incredible. It met all our expectations and more. The house was very clean and very cozy. It had the cabin feel that everyone wants when they're in the mountains. The beds were very comfortable and new. We had 3 families with us, and it was more than enough room. The house is equipped with a-lot of games and a very cool pac man arcade up in the loft for the kids. (This was a huge hit) It also comes with air hockey table in the basement, and many more fun activities. This place is very close to all the Massanutten activities, which is very convenient. The kitchen has every thing you need and more. We will be back next year for sure, no need to explore any other places this is exactly what we were looking for.

We loved staying here for New Years. The house is roomy, everyone from our family could find a favorite spot to relax and to enjoy.The kids were very happy about the arcade game consule :)The driveway gives you a fright at first but is no problem at all. Kitchen has everything you will need.We loved looking at all the squirrels outside while enjoying our morning coffee

Wonderful time, beautiful property.

This location has so, so much potential. The location was wonderful and the owner was quick to respond to my text messages. The home was very cozy, too. But sadly the house smelled like cigarette smoke, the fireplace was broken, the tv/remote didnt work, the pillowcases were dirty, etc., and because of these things, I wouldn’t recommend this location.

The house was amazing and a great size for our family of 6. We had an amazing time and the manager allowed us an early check in to meet our needs. No issues with any instructions. The whole process was smooth. The only downfall was the driveway is super steep. In the winter, this may be a problem.

This house could be wonderful. First of all it was not very clean. Fans in bunk bed room were filthy. Sheets and towels had seen better day. Pillows and mattresses did not have protectors on them. We had to clean both balconies to be usable. The grill looked as if it never was cleaned. Again we had to clean. Much of the silverware was dirty. One of the cups had mold and a bowl was just put into the cabinet with food debris. There is not a fire pit nor a hammock. All of the outdoor chairs do not look as if they had been cleaned in ages if ever. The smoke detector was missing from the bedroom on main floor you could see the base where it should have been. Cobwebs everywhere. Area rug in living room has very curled edges, creating a tripping safety hazzard. There is not a fuse ball table as shown in pictures. There was an unsafe air hockey table. One of the prongs for the plug was broken off. This really disappointed my grandchildren. The loft is not as pictured. It did have a Pac-Man game but the light bulbs on the ceiling fan were blown. We replaced one bulb to have some light up there. Only one of the bed side lamps worked in the main floor bedroom. We enjoyed the Massanutten area and will return but not this rental for sure. All reviews will be read before booking another rental.

Property was great. Would stay here again

The house was so cute! The things that made me not give 5 stars were the bed sheets- majority of them had evident stains and were dingy looking. The listing also had a couch on the top floor (wasn’t there) and the fire pit… doesn’t exist on the property and we were really looking forward to using it. Lastly, the kitchen sink had a leak and management was very quick and resolved it! But Lee, our contact who was very responsive, told me to empty the over flowed water bucket and somehow walk it through the house without making a mess? For the price I paid I wouldn’t rent here again to one, ask the guest to fix a maintenance issue that wasn’t our fault?? And two, not have all the amenities listed in the pictures and description.
