1 Mi to Grand Lake: Pet-Friendly Cabin w/ Grill!

Great little cabin for 4 adults with our dogs.It is right off the road going into town, but felt private enough with the small fenced yard. We were able to enjoy the grill for steaks one night, (propane provided), and make a small contained fire in the metal fire pit (brought our own firewood).It's not extravagant or over-the-top fancy, but we didn't go in expecting that - it's quaint, cute, cozy, modest, and a perfect place to rest your heads and right down the way from town.Would stay here again in the future!

Cute little cozy cabin. My husband and I stayed here for a weekend. It was a short drive to all 3 lakes in the area. The place was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. It is right off the highway, so it is a bit noisy at certain times of the day, but the location is very convenient.

Perfect little cabin with easy access to Grand Lake, RMNP, and area attractions.

The property was just what we were looking for. We had a great stay.

Exactly as advertised, the little yard was perfect for our pets.

This cabin was really cute and had everything my dog and I needed. The only thing it was lacking was some oven mits. The street where it was on had many cabins and other dogs to play with. We had three nights to enjoy Grand Lake, Lake Granby and the surrounding areas.

Good proximity to Grand Lake and RMNP.

Enjoyed the stay at this cute little cabin. Close to a lot of good fishing and hiking spots.

Very nice,clean and pleasant cabin

We stayed for the 3 lakes ice fishing derby. It was great to be able to snowmobile from the cabin to the lake. Limited parking in the snow though. Cabin is a bit old and dirty looking but that was perfect for us and all our fishing gear.

The cabin was in a very convenient location to nearby Granby and Grand Lake. We planned to spend much time outdoors and therefore only were looking for a place to sleep, cook and shower. I'm glad that's all we really needed as this cabin was in dire need of some TLC. Couch was filthy, extension cords were strewn about everywhere (including under the sink, for the garbage disposal), screen door was broken, the fire pit was full of debris and there was just a general lack of maintenance and upkeep.

Overall, the cabin was cozy despite a few issues such as: The floor is not level. That took some getting used to. The wood stove was not cleaned out but we didn’t have to use it. And there was no wood. The kitchen sink leaked. I was able to fix one side of the sink but the compression fitting for the pipe on the other side was stripped. The bottom portion of the screen door was missing. Still, we had a good time.
