The stately home with more than 100 years of history offers all the amenities for a relaxing stay. It was completely rebuilt and renewed in 2019. When entering, the view is directed to the historic wooden staircase, which connects all floors of the house. The breakfast and common room with access to the garden is on the mezzanine floor. Stayed Jul 15, 2024Had a wonderful stay in Sachseln with family, contracted for the entire B&B. B&B is run is true Swiss fashion, timely, efficiently, clean. Plenty of bedrooms, shared baths, recently built gazebo outside which was great for outdoors wine/cheese. Verena operates a beautiful villa directly on lake Sarnen, good restaurants and local stores nearby... excellent for access to Swiss rail as the station is directly behind the villa. Would look forward to staying at Verena's Boutique Villa again...
