Norton House is a lovely old building with all all its quirky and original features, which we love. We googled its history and found the secret passage really interesting! Our room and bathroom were spotless and warm and the beds were super comfy. The shower was hot and powerful. Breakfast was lush too. Having both vegan and GF options was very much appreciated! All of your staff are really helpful and friendly. Special thanks to the lady who reset the tv channels so promptly!

The location of the hotel is great for visiting Swansea and The Gower. Characterful old house with comfortable rooms. Food very good at breakfast and dinner service.

Appreciated the refurbs in bathroom of room 7, and appreciated the anti-slip mat and grab rail. Conscious of cost-saving actions, that is necessary in these difficult times. Missed the “serve on order” cooked breakfast which set this hotel apart.

Warm welcome at reception and being shown our room. The Staff were amazing, so helpful it made our stay a complete treat, food amazing ! The only downside was a noisy boiler and window condensation. We did meet a unhelful lady on the Sunday morning. We politely asked to retrieve our charger from a room but was told ' she was too busy' and come back in 2 hours. Not convient if you are just about to leave and drive home. We then saw a member of the house keeping team who readily helped us.

The hotel was convenient for our visit to Mumbles & Gower to explore the area. Room was comfortable, clean, modern & pleasant. Breakfast & staff were excellent.

We love the breakfast because the choice is excellent and if the weather is sunny it’s a wonderful place to enjoy it.

Great location - I minute from the seafront, 10 mins to Mumbles and 2 mins to “proper” pub. Bus stop nearby to get into Swansea. Rooms and communal areas a bit tired looking but nice enough. Our room (twin) quite small but very clean bathroom with excellent shower. Breakfast - nice choice, tasty and filling. Staff friendly and helpful. Daily happy hour added bonus. Would stay again.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and very well decorated. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food was very good - our dinner on the Friday evening was exceptional. Our room was very clean and well decorated but its design needs to be looked at again. Everything seemed cramped. The bathroom door couldn't be fully closed. The shower took up too much space in the small bathroom and leaked water onto the floor. The flashing security light over one bed made sleep difficult.

The staff were very attentive, friendly and professional and went out of their way to make sure you had an enjoyable stay. The breakfast was really good (a good choice of cooked breakfast). The space around the hotel well kept. The shower was excellent and the room facilities overall were very good.

Such a lovely place, staff, food, rooms. So conveniently located fir the beautiful coastal walks around Mumbles and Swansea. I love this place and I love coming back.

The breakfast was lovely and the staff were very helpful. However neither of the shower heads in our room worked properly and there was a light flashing above my head all night which made it difficult to sleep

The food and ambiance was very good. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our arrival was rather awkward as our room wasn’t ready and we needed to change ready for the celebration of life. Our bedroom and corridor was very cold but someone came very quickly and turned on the radiators which were very effective thank you.
