Land's End 401-4 Top floor, Gorgeous Corner Unit, Waterfront view!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our stay in Florida. It was spotlessly clean, very well stocked, and clearly well cared for. Everything we needed was provided, and the space was comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We had a great experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

The individual unit was excellent, very clean, in good condition and well stocked with cooking supplies. The complex itself is very beautiful and well maintained, with a very nice pool area, some slight post hurricane repairs are still occurring, but they seem to be almost done. The beach is very nice and secluded, with lots of shells and dolphin sightings. The property company was also very good, they were very responsive and helpful when dealing with any minor issues.

The condo was immaculate. The location is great for someone who wants to spend time at the beach or the pool. Most of our favorite bars and restaurants have reopened. An excellent experience all around. ( I left 2 new beach chairs for others to enjoy)

This condo was perfect for our first trip to the Treasure Island/St.Pete area. Our family of 5 fit comfortably everywhere (except for the dinner table but we made it work). Having the extra bed in the primary bedroom was great for our youngest who tends to get stuck on pull out couches. Everything in the complex was easy to get to including the pool and beach access.

We absolutely loved the condo! Felt like it was huge compared to most condos we’ve stayed in. The only thing we didn’t like was the long walk from the beach to the pool. Other than that, everything was great. We had a couple of issues with our door not locking and both times the rental company was there almost immediately to fix the issue.

Enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is wonderful, clean and as described. We did have issue being locked out when the batteries died in the door key pad but the situation was remedied by maintenance with 45mins. Would stay again!

We highly recommend this spot! On one side of the unit is the intercoastal waterway. On the other side, but across a parking lot, is the beach. Unbelievable value! Such a clean and sweet condo! We are a family of 6, and we were very comfortable. We enjoyed the view of the intercoastal waterway very much and the live music across the way. If you want absolute quiet, just close the balcony doors. Full-size fridge. Beach items. Beautiful pool on site. Hot tubs on site. Gated community. We just got groceries and settled in for a week. Very close to so much fun, too. We jet skies and parasailed nearby. I hate to recommend this place, as we want it all to ourselves, buuuuuut, we must share! It’s the Minnesota way! Five stars from us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The owner is an honest and upstanding individual. The condo was clean and well appointed. Lovely view of the causeway. Check in process was simple enough. The only issue was that the wi-fi had changed before our visit and the old information was posted throughout the condo but didn't work for us. Since we checked in late on Saturday we had to wait until Monday to get this resolved. The beach at this location is small and not very exciting. There is a nice large pool here that is well maintained. On the causeway side there is a little beach where a lot of the locals bring their dogs to swim. You can also swim there when you desire calmer waters to enjoy. There is a bar across the water way that has live bands playing on the weekends so if loud music bothers you be aware. It did not bother us so it was OK. I really liked the condo but won't be staying again because I wasn't crazy about the area, and it is a bit touristy if you are in to that vibe.

Next time we book this location we will book soon enough to make sure we get an ocean view unit. I have just a few “Minor” maybe even petty suggestions. 1. The blinds in the Master Bedroom were broken. Had to close them manually and keep them closed. That certainly needs addressed. 2. One of the Decorative pillows in the master bedroom had what appeared to be an old dried blood stain on it. We just didn’t use it. 3. The half shower door was a little strange but tolerable. Other than that nice bathrooms with plenty of storage.4. I do suggest having a set of plastic cups for drinking as they were all of glass. Families who have younger children would appreciate it. Other than that everything that you could possible need in a kitchen was there. The beach was absolutely perfect and having a deck over the bay was nice even though we didn’t have a view of the ocean. Parking was also great! My overall rating is 41/2 stars out of 5.
