By far the best night's sleep on our 8 day excursion thru NM, AZ, and Utah as bed, bedroom and bath were the best. The coffee bar in the morn was also great. Communication was timely and we were very close to town, so all in all it was excellent.

My husband and I came to stay at this place as an overnight stop on a long road trip to California. We planned on just sleeping and showering there, but I do kind of wish we'd had a little more time to stay and explore - the property is really cute and homey, and I love all the little touches that add both fun and coziness. It definitely has a great, classic BnB vibe! Also, the bathroom was GORGEOUS and a delight to use!!Just a minor thing, but I wish we'd known ahead of time that one of the house rules was no food in the bedrooms (with all food to be labeled and kept in a fridge shared with other guests), which I don't think is mentioned in the listing. Since my husband and I were in the middle of a nearly week-long road trip, we'd (perhaps unreasonably) assumed we would have a private location to store our food overnight. It wasn't a huge problem and it worked out okay for us, but it's just someting to be aware of. Overall, it was a good affordable option that met our needs, and I would recommend it to others (while being cognizant of its limitations).

Great staff. Beautiful views and beautiful property. Areas to sit inside and out. There is a shared kitchen that you can use. My only suggestion would be to book a room with it’s own bathroom. We didn’t the first time we stayed and ending up sharing the bathroom with the upstairs guests. It wasn’t horrible, just not what we expected. This time we stayed in the downstairs room that has its own private bathroom and it was much more confortable for us.

Really enjoyed our stay and all the available amenities. The hosts were friendly, and the room was very comfortable. The only issue we had was that there weren’t any hooks to hang our skiing clothes in the room or bathroom. Other than that everything went perfectly

Traveling alone x3 days so did not need a whole house. This was a private bedroom and bathroom in shared home. Access to fridge ( and kitchen- but I didn’t cook). Nice yard. Very clean. Great location in Parowan with easy access to Petroglyphs, hiking ( valentine peak), cedar Breaks national monument, Bryan Head resort. Very quant small town ( beware- almost nothing open on Sunday). Hosts were great. Place well worth the cost (very reasonable fees especially for shorter stay). There is a very affectionate outdoor cat- we made friends! Thanks Scott, I may return.
