What a beautiful and unique property. Artistic and creative touches everywhere. Comfy beds and a well stocked complimentary fridge as well as snacks. The property has multiple floors that are accessible via stair or by a rustic elevator that does the job fine although a little adventurous. The free breakfast is delicious and is served in a beautiful perch at the top of the building which is not serviced by the elevator and is only accessible by using a staircase that winds up the outside of the building. Not an issue, but just to be aware incase of mobility concerns.. (my partner is recovering from a knee injury so this was something that needed to be navigated with care). The rooms are beautifully decorated with rustic charm and comfortable furnishings. The only small downside we could mention is that it is a little noisy here. The rooms have large windows which allow beautiful sunlight to filter through the panes but this also allows plenty of noise from the street, (small construction occurring directly behind the property) and the neighborhood dogs to infiltrate the otherwise peaceful environment. All in all we very much enjoyed our stay. Be sure to message your host to let them know your arrival time so that there is someone there to let you in. We failed to do so and we needed to go to a nearby cafe to access Wifi to reach out to them for access. Cheers..

We loved staying in the beautiful Suite Giuseppe, a large and very comfortable room with a private balcony. The bed was excellent and the room was well furnished with comfortable chairs for reading. We were very happy to learn there was an elevator in the hotel. The included breakfast was freshly prepared, very tasty, and served in a lovely airie with a great view.

We stayed in the Giuseppe suite for 3 nights in April 25. Karen the onsite manager was wonderful. She ensured all was well with recommendations of tours and restaurants. Location is close to Malecon (southern end) and for those times when you just don't feel like walking, Ubers are cost efficient.

We wanted to get away from the Pacific Northwest and enjoy some peace and quiet in a warm location. We love the Mexican culture, so La Paz was a natural choice. The residence at Las Flores was a facility with six unique rooms, that also included nice common areas including a comfortable lounge with self serve bar and snacks, solarium with hot tub and Breakfast room. There were several places to relax and enjoy the beautiful views. It was two blocks off the Malecón (boardwalk), with many restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were impecable and comfortable. The breakfasts were different each of the six days we were there. Karen and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. She helped us arrange a great outing to Isla de Espirito Santo and bicycle rentals. just a great week! I cannot recommend it highly enough!

We stayed in the Guiseppe Suite for 3 nights. It was very comfortable. The room is gorgeous and the rest of the property is absolutely stunning. We spent quite a bit of time watching sunsets from the rooftop deck. The location is ideal for walking to the Malecón, and you can get to several restaurants within a minute or two walk. This place could not be better.

Please don't tell anyone about how perfect this property is. Simply an amazing stay, close to the Malecon, restaurants, museums -- everything. Sophisticated, private, friendly. Very highly recommended.

What a unique and amazing property to get to stay at! Right from the check-in, it felt like an elevated experience. Karen and Mitsy were so welcoming and friendly and gave us a great walk through of the property (which is beautiful). Great common areas, lots of places to sit and amazing views of the ocean. Our room (Suite Giuseppe) was spacious and comfortable with complimentary snacks, coffee, water and sodas. The balcony was perfect for chilling at the end of the day and watching the sunsets (spectacular). Great location too with easy access to the Malecon and restaurants in the area. Absolutely recommend!

Posada de Las Flores is a very special place. My husband and I stayed in Suite Giuseppe. It was large and beautifully decorated. It seems the owner has thought of every detail. Our room had both a coffee machine and an espresso machine. Complementary snacks, soda, and water were also provided. The grounds are very well kept. Potted plants are everywhere and the decor in the courtyard and common areas was lovely. We loved the high quality breakfast every morning featuring fresh fruit, yogurt, and a different egg dish every day. We also appreciated the honor bar in the nicely appointed lounge. We could help ourselves to a variety of liquors and simply make a note of what we took and paid up at checkout (very reasonable prices). Best of all was the staff. They were friendly, kind, and detail oriented. Communication leading up to our stay was excellent. The location was great - close to the Malecon and there was plenty of parking on the street. My only tiny complaint were the barking dogs and crowing roosters in the courtyard below our balcony. At first they annoyed us, but after the first night we adapted to the noise and all was well.
