This guest bedroom is at the far end of our guest house and has views both east and west. It has direct access to the patio and pool area and has a private entrance.
The private bathroom has a large shower and skylight.
The guest house is a large rambling ranch style home in the vineyards of Napa Valley. It is located on a 600 acre ranch with an onsite vineyard and winery. There are five separate bedrooms with private baths in the guest house.
The guesthouse has a large commercial kitchen, a large common living room with a fireplace and a glassed in dining room. There are front and back decks with great views of Chiles Valley (our narrow and picturesque valley within the the Napa Valley, with ancient oaks, cascading hills and vineyards.)
Enjoy our natural setting where wildlife abounds and the only sounds you hear are your footsteps and the wide variety of birds in the forest.
Wake up to a full country breakfast, take a deep breath and experience the fresh morning air; walk thru the vineyards with our labradors; take a run along the country road or hike to the top of the hill.
The Poolside room is at the far end of the house and is the only guest room with direct access to the pool area. There are outside doors on both side of the room giving it a very airy feeling. There is a covered patio outside the room and a flower garden. The room is decorated with southwest colors and themes. The bathroom has lots of light. The floors are hardwood.

Susan and Jim seemed like old friends by the end of our stay. We want to come back in the summer! A beautiful property!

Loved the grounds and breakfast. Disappointed in the awful mattress, bedding and bathroom; all need replacements and significant upgrades.

Rustridge isn't just a bed and breakfast. Rustridge is an experience. While the accommodations are dated, they are wonderfully maintained. The property on which the comfortable facility is resting is embraced by nature as well its what I can only describe as lovingly kept grounds and gardens. The pool is situated next to tennis courts that allow for Half-court basketball. Then, there is the food. Susan and Ramona prepare breakfast feasts! In addition to the rustc main house, there is an addition, more modern lodge accross the road from the ranch house. Yes! This is a working horse ranch! Guests are welcome to stroll across the expansive property.Rustridge is a California Wine Country hidden treasure!

Had a wonderful stay over the weekend. We had the poolside room with access to complete kitchen and living room facilities. The breakfast was amazing. Property is quite secluded - you are staying at a horse farm and working vineyard. Took some lovely walks in the vineyard with owner's five beautiful labrador retrievers. If you want a nice, quiet, beautiful, secluded location in Napa, would highly recommend.

Jim and Susan are super sweet host! The breakfast was amazingly delicious! We enjoyed the whole environment, the house, the dogs, and the horses, and the night chat with Jim and Susan with the wine they made! We can’t even describe how amazing this stay was. This is really the place you at least have to visit once in your life. Thank you Jim and Susan for everything, we will see you next time!

Our stay was amazing. The scenery was beautiful at the location. And the breakfast was hearty and perfect every morning. We worked sitting by the pool in the mornings, looking out at vineyards and mountains. We walked the trails on the property and got a tour of the vineyards and onsite winery from the owner, Susan. She and Jim were friendly and easy going, always accessible. We spent our days in the valley at wineries and restaurants in the small towns of Yountville, St. Helena, and Calistoga. We always enjoyed the scenic drive back to Rust Ridge which was quaint and relaxing. We loved staying on a working vineyard. The hosts no longer make wine under their own label, but they have plenty of cases from previous years available for tastings and purchase. They also have horses and stables on the property. For us, this was a perfect stay. 10 out of 10.

My daughter & I visited Napa over the weekend & had the pleasure of staying with the RustRidge family! It was incredible! From walks on the property with the 3 labs, petting the horses, delicious wine, tasty breakfast s, comfy beds & most of all the conversations with the owners & their friend! It's quiet in a beautiful setting away from the hustle & bustle of Napa! What a treat! Book it! You will love it & we cannot wait to go back! Cheers!

So relaxing!!!! Vineyards, pool, horses, great breakfasts and lovely hosts. They even serve a glass of wine each evening. I love the decor. Very spacious grounds and calming atmosphere. Big refrigerator for my use and a kitchen full of equipment, tea, & snacks from the garden.
