Room A: Queen + Twin, Curtain Entry, Near PVD

Room A is reserved exclusively for the booked guest(s) and includes a queen bed, twin bed, workspace, 1 Gbps Wi-Fi/Ethernet, 55-inch 4K TV, soundbar, Fire Stick, and Xbox Cloud Gaming. The doorway uses a privacy curtain rather than a solid bedroom door and does not have a lock. The bathroom, kitchen, living/dining areas, and fenced yard are shared, and Room B may be occupied by another guest. Self check-in and free parking are included near PVD Airport and Providence.

THE SPACE
Thiswelcoming Warwick home combines original character with practical comforts. Room A is the larger guest bedroom and sleeps up to two guests with one queen bed and one single bed. The room includes a 55-inch 4K TV, soundbar, Fire Stick, Xbox Cloud Gaming, storage, seasonal air conditioning, and a dedicated workspace. One shared full bathroom serves the upstairs guest area.

GUEST ACCESS
THIS RESERVATION IS FOR ROOM A ONLY. Room B is not included and may be occupied by another guest. Use self check-in, follow the Room A signs, and turn right to Room A. The doorway uses a privacy curtain rather than a solid bedroom door and does not have a lock. The bathroom, kitchen, living/dining areas, workspace, deck, fenced yard, and parking are shared. The basement and locked storage areas are not included.

DURING YOUR STAY
The host lives in a separate basement area and is available through messages when needed. Another guest may occupy Room B, so the kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining area, and outdoor spaces may be shared.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Cameras are installed in the living room and kitchen, as well as outdoors. There are no cameras in guest sleeping rooms or bathrooms. Room A is reserved exclusively for the booked guest(s). Its doorway uses a privacy curtain rather than a solid bedroom door and does not have a lock. The bathroom, kitchen, living/dining areas, yard, and parking may be shared with the host and a Room B guest. Expect normal household sounds.
